The rooms are big and offer all the facilities one could need for an extended stay. The receptionists were always ready to respond to any requests that we had.

1. The listing on Booking.com says that free breakfast is included. This is false advertising. All that is provided in the morning is coffee, tea and a few little packages as a snack, which cannot be called breakfast. The snacks are of the worst quality. Given the low price of the room, one cannot expect to get a free breakfast, but this should be reflected in the listing. 2. There was an ant infestation, which went all the way to the top floor. This has to be properly remedied.

Staff was great. Facility is clean and well maintained. Parking is ample and convenient. Quiet and restful. Location is very convenient. Coffee is good; breakfast is awful. The muffins are not good. Fresh fruit would be nice .Not sure about the swimming pool. I did not have a chance to check it out but it looks like it probably needs to be cleaned multiple times a day d/t flora. Disappointed there was no in-house ice machine. Seems like one on each floor would be necessary for an extended stay facility, even with the available refrigerators.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, they had a full size refrigerator, microwave and a stove, A nice size television, and comfortable beds. Their breakfast is pretty much just a continental breakfast with items being coffee or cocoa, muffins and instant oatmeal. Not much, but it was nice and was sufficient for what I wanted. The surrounding area is really nice lots of shops and restaurants. Costco gas station in the adjacent property, and Costco store directly across the street. I was staying there, because I was having medical procedure done, it was like two blocks away and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely stay here again

I've got nothing negative to say.

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights, and we were totally impressed with the exceptional service provided by the various hotel front desk managers, Matt, Ken and Allison. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was as near to home as possible under the circumstances, and the room was adequately equipped in order to make our stay a pleasant one.

According to the staff, the manager was out of town and did not arrange for the grab-and-go breakfast bar to be set up with the usual breakfast items, so they were lacking. Coffee, protein bars and chocolate cupcakes was the norm offered for breakfast. The packaged oatmeal and hot chocolate were a hit and miss.

Convenient and reliable to provide a great on the go type of foods or even to save for later as a snack. Having the option is what was appreciated. Being greeted by the happy and attentive staff made you feel welcome to relax and start your day.

Nothing at all except I was so comfortable and slept so soundly, check out time came early for me and I wish I could've stayed just a bit longer.

the breakfast was ok. with oatmeal coffee, and a pastry. would have liked juice, they didn't have. They gave us a room on first floor without me asking, which is nice as we are handicapped. the room was set up i the bathroom as well. If I stay longer another time, I know I would use the kitchen to cook in.I liked the size of the refrigerator that it's large.

I never stayed at a hotel that didn't have ice available. I really missed that.The bed seemed clean but was a little hard.

Clean. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast is only coffee, tea, muffins, nutragrain bars and packets of oatmeal. Pillows are not very comfortable, seems to be low-end quality.

The location for my needs was great. The breakfast selection was limited, but not bad.

There wasn't very much to dislike, as the hotel was as expected, so I wasn't disappointed.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the freeway but there is no road noise.

My only complaint is that they do not have an ice machine for guests.

I loved everything from the staff to the location to the pool and price. This is my new go-to hotel every summer! I just wish there was a hot breakfast but for the value I have no complaints.
