Basically everything!! I made a list for them to help with serving their customers better and they took it graciously and helped us out in every way!! The place is beautiful! Super clean! Erika and the others work so hard to keep it clean! Breakfasts were great! Perfect home away from home! Isaac was great, along with the other concierges and always so friendly and accommodating!! The gym was even really good by my hubby's standards and he's a gym guy! Beds were comfy and the TV's worked awesomely! If you sign into the Marriott app you can stream everything from your phone too! Thank you everyone for making this time very memorable & perfect!!

This one is hard cause really, we loved everything!

Breakfast was great a good amount of selections but it seems like breakfast in the weekends were more better than weekdays. They let us check out at 1pm. The size of the room was huge that was a plus.

The place looks clean our room looked clean but for some reason something was biting us like we would have rashes that itch especially on the bed I don’t think it was bed bugs.

Great location for me, large room , comfortable beds , no fuss

Only one small thing , bathroom floor could have been cleaner ( hairs ) and I’d say the say for bedroom carpet need more vacuum cleaning

“energy efficient “ toilet. Didn’t flush all the time and slow filling tank. bathroom door hinges made loud cracking noise when opening and closing. No light in coffee making area, very dark there.

The couch was not that comfortable. The bed pillows flattened out, so you need additional pillows.

Loved the location, it almost share the parking lot with the San Fransisco Premium Outlet Mall. Love the free breakfast with foods for everyone. The rooms were very clean, overall was a very exciting staycation experience.

Clean and the staff was very professional. We were greeted every time we came in. We also stayed at the South San Jose RI. The staff had no acknowledgment at all.

RI in Livermore was spectacular. Very new and updated with key activated power in each room. The kitchen in the room is a nice touch and extremely helpful to have.
