Trust me this place is legit. The staff are just right meaning they let you know that they are there but give you space to feel like you can just come and go. The breakfast was home cooked to perfection that I tipped the 2 kitchen staff $200 the staff are attractive sounds shallow but when you're in the presence of good looking people it just makes things better. The rooms were perfect. Only thing I would suggest is getting shower grippers on the shower floor before someone slips. If one does slip they are most likely to fall on the glass wall and door and possibly shatter it.

The breakfast was tasty. My husband got the eggs and bacon and I had the continental breakfast. The gym has good equipment and was not very crowded. We enjoyed our suite and it looked very nice inside our room. The staff was very friendly and we will definitely be staying there again.

Where there can be improvement is keeping the yogurt and cream cheese on ice since they are dairy products. Someone can get sick from the not chilled yogurt or cream cheese.

Good location near shopping and where family was. Easy to find. Overall quiet once the pool closed

Breakfast was good, a variety of meal options. However, even though my booking stated breakfast was included, I was informed I had to pay for my daughters breakfast as she was over 5yrs?!? Still doesn’t make sense to me…

It’s quite nice. Clean rooms comfortable bed, they had full size lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the room. And offered feminine products in their common area restroom. Breakfast is decent and you have the option of continental or menu. Over all a great place to stay for the price?

Bright lights in the parking lot, three pillows per bed, clean place, Costco right around the corner within one minute driving distance.

People talking loudly at 12 am and again at 3 am in the morning, in the hallway on the way to their rooms but that's not something the hotel can control.

It was a pretty property and maintained well.

The indoor pool needed some ventilation in the space. Our room was very stuffy, felt very dried out and congested in the morning. The bar is closed on the weekend???

Breakfast was not provided, although the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning was excellent.

Jacuzzi was shown in pictures online. The jacuzzi has since been filled in and tiled over, there is no jacuzzi on site.

There’s someone checked in the midnight and it’s quite noisy.

Very clean. smelled clean. visit San Francisco frequently best hotel by far. will continue to stay here with my family.
