3 nights. Room was “upgraded“ because of “a system communication error”. To a room with a lounge. Location was closest to where we needed to be each day. Everything worked, and if we needed to entertain, there was a small but real fridge to store snacks.

Property needs some TLC. Atmosphere is not welcoming. Each encounter with staff was after waiting for them to get off personal calls. The one day we asked fir cleaning, they missed our room. Did not seem professional. Understand children are present, but noisy late into each night. Thin floors.

Liked the breakfast choices, although having plain yogurt avail would have improved things. Good coffee. Light and bright in breakfast room—nice. Local newspaper available in lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed comfortable.

Kitchenette faucet installed was meant for a larger sink. Lighting in hallways not welcoming, but instead very dim. No plain yogurt available in breakfast frig (for people trying to eat less sugar). General signs of wear in the room, but not too bad. TV on in breakfast area (but at least it was on the news, which is better than other choices).

We were staying here leading into and after our wedding. Most of our friends and family were staying here as well. The location was convenient to both our wedding venue and rehearsal dinner location. The staff was phenomenal and simply could not be more accommodating to all of us. We all really noticed and appreciated them. The property was clean and modern. The rooms were spacious and clean. It had a big dining area with a complimentary breakfast which was great for our big group to easily gather together in the morning to reminisce about the day before. We could not be more appreciative! Thank you!

Really nice breakfast options. There's something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and seemed clean. The bathroom was well equipped with large Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Though I didn't make use of it, the little kitchenette area was nice too. Mini fridge was nice and roomy (I was able to store a 10lb ham in it). Parking was ample and free.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything seemed either up to standards or above.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hawthorne. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. The bathroom was very clean and spacious.

My only compliant would be that there was not very good water pressure in the shower. Other than that I really enjoyed by stay at Hawthorne.

The rooms were huge and modern and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my night at this hotel, which was conveniently located to go to San Francisco (though bear in mind too far from SF to go back and forth each day).

My least favourite thing about the property was the breakfast - not many options and the fruit was inedible. There's lots of food close by though so don't let this put you off staying here.

Love staying here when we visit Livermore. Location convenient to downtown and the vineyards. Hotel is modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We also like that they have a laundry area. Breakfast is good too! Parking is good too!

Very nice facility. Breakfast was good. We ate a little later in the morning so some of the food was a bit old/cold. The mini fridge/freezer was perfect. The freezer actually fit our ice packs for the next days journey.

Sounds a bit trivial, the toilet paper was really rough :-( Next time we come, we will bring our own toilet paper

Perfect location for our trip to a local vineyard (Wente). All Staff were very helpful and polite - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean. The room was clean, spacious and with good aircon. The bathroom was well equipped and the towels were thick! Breakfast was just fine too.

Maybe some liquid creamer in the room! (The powder stuff for coffee doesn’t work..;)

We were very pleased with the morning breakfasts and cleanliness of our room. The staff very polite,helpful, and professional at all times. Very satisfied customer. :)
