For the price/affordability of the room, the quality of this stay was amazing. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in the surrounding bay area and this one actually gives a genuinely quality experience for a less expensive (< $200) room. (1) The interior and exterior decor/appearance were well maintained, updated, and clean. Nothing about it looked run-down, old, or unsanitary. (2) Check-in and check-out process was simple and quick, no fuss. (3) Room (and hotel in general) was clean and staff accommodated my request for us to get a room with a balcony (if available). (4) Staff was polite and professional. We even forgot a pair of our expensive shoes in the room after we checked out and thankfully the staff had still held onto them. (5) Parking was relatively easy, we had to park in the back of the lot but it wasn’t a huge walk. And the area felt safe, nothing sketchy

Nothing we really disliked. We received exactly what we were looking for in a hotel room. Small things - free breakfast could be included? Or the coffee brand provided in the rooms could be changed (it was pretty watered down and bad tasting but it was also free lol)? Overall no major complaints though

The staff was warm and welcoming and friendly.

I thought the breakfast was included based on what the staff told me but the way they spoke about breakfast didn't tell that it was just an in house starbucks where I had to pay for my food/drinks.

Hotel was decorated well, 24 market, nice Cafe for breakfast and dinner. Staff was very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Didn't use it but there is an awesome gym. Comfortable bed. Overall a very nice hotel.

There is industrial strength air freshener throughout the lobby and it is extremity strong. I liked the scent but after about 10 min it almost makes you nauseous. It carries throughout the floors so you cannot really get away from it. I would recommend the hotel reduce the level of scent.

We purchased breakfast and it was hot, tasty and plentiful. Coffee was hot.

More shelving in the bathroom. The silly glass shelf above the toilet is ridiculous. If you use the handtowels on the rack above it you knock the tissues off. It isn’t big enough to put anything on.

I enjoyed the staff in both the front desk and the coffee house. Every staff member I encountered was so nice and helpful. That makes a difference all around. I was able to check-in early due to a medical condition and get the room I needed with no effort, whatsoever !

Well of course I would love a valet but for the price, who cares!

The room was very comfortable and for some reason I thought the breakfast was included so we didn't have any, check in and out was very reasonably timed, and the receptionist was very nice. Good location

Our patio door got stuck and we got locked out and the front desk had to come in our room and let us back in from the patio

Clean room and facilities but bathroom shower head stationary. Hard to reach. No handheld and toilet very low. Water out of shower very low pressure. And very little room for makeup etc on small faucet area. Bed was too hard too couldn’t sleep well

It was clean and there was a small grassy area outside the lobby for the kids to get energy out without disturbing guests.

I loved everything! Just wish I could check out later in the afternoon instead of 12:00pm :(
