The older female receptionist was very friendly and hospitable. The room was nicely appointed with new furniture, everything was squeaky clean, and best of all, the walls to neighboring rooms were reinforced, resulting in a very quiet and pleasant stay. I did not hear my neighbors on either side once.

Upon first appearance, it looks like a regular one-star motel: one-story buildings arranged in a horseshoe shape with vehicles and a pool in the middle. Rooms directly accessible from the outside. But upon opening the door to my room, I was pleasantly surprised and completely reconciled with my fate of having to spend a night there.

The desk lady at night who had checked me in was very very nice.

The morning lady who check me in. Was a little rude. Kind of unclear on my reservation name said I didn't have reservations.then said I couldn't cancel any of my reservation days. Didn't tell me that I would be charged for the last day until I got it out of her. It took forever for her to tell me that. Very rude she doesn't deserve to be behind the desk.

The room was very clean. Friends staying in other accommodations in the area have been greatly disappointed. If there was a guide for the Cable TV, I never found it on the remote or elsewhere.

Some sort of continental breakfast, ie: sweet rolls, fruit juice, cereal, etc., would be an attractive bonus. The mattress was lumpy, durability doesn't equate to comfort. The shower, though clean was small (trailer size). I'm not a large person but It was hard to wash my feet and when getting in, it was slippery until the bottoms of your feet were clean. Adding a grab bar would be a great help.

very easy to find, and a convenient location. Stores and my family are close by. Quiet area even though it’s on a main street. The little kitchenette was a nice touch, but nothing is provided for one or two people to use it. I had to go to the store to get a bowl and silverware and coffee cup. The little coffee pot provided was the old style that needed a filter cone. The little refrigerator was just right for the kitchenette. I only used the microwave a little bit, and did not use the little stove. I will definitely use this property again.

The telephone ring at odd hours of the night with nobody on the line. when I mentioned it to the manager at checkout, he said the room next-door had reported the same problem.

An above average assortment of amenities, thought it was a junior suite. Separate dining area with sink stove, refrigerator and coffee maker and microwave.

Walls were a little thin as I could hear people talking and laughing until past 11:00 PM. one person working the desk seemed disinterested in veong of assistance. Took my key upon checkout and did offer a receipt or say anything. Just returned to her phone.

Staff was SUPER friendly and answered all questions politely. Easy check in, nice pool and outdoor spaces. Loved right in front of room parking.

Breakfast wasn't really breakfast, more like coffee. The deposit was exceptionally high. Pool was a bit dirty.

The room was a tad small, but very clean and comfortable. The shower was small but the water was nice and hot, for both our showers. The pool looked refreshing, however, we did not go in. The hotel is very close to restaurants and a couple of breweries.

Really, there is nothing to dislike; we I would stay there again.

Comfortable and clean and good location

When we went out to the swimming pool there was a little girl taking a scuba diving class and we were not allowed to swim. The people at the pool at the time told us we couldn't use the pool until later about 5 minutes. Not a long but I should not have had to wait as I paid to be there and the reason I chose this site was because of the pool. I was given some silly answer as why they could be there, something about it was after hours. Which it wasn't. It was still light outside.

good location, clean and nice rooms, the staff very friendly and willing to help any time. next time I visit Plaesanton for sure I will book this hotel.

The location is perfect for access to old downtown, the hospital and freeways. The pool was clean and the grounds neatly manicured. Housekeeping was attentive and friendly. I traveled for medical reasons, and I needed to add days to my stay as the week progressed, there were no problems adding days to my stay. Two nights ended up being eight!

Don't plan on a lobby with coffee or mini breakfast. There is coffee/fridge/microwave in room so pack accordingly. The desk wasn't always attended for phone calls or visits but anyone on the grounds would get help promptly.
