The front desk employees were very friendly; greeted guests with a smile. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The sink/mirror is separate from toilet room/shower which is always convenient with traveling with others. A hot breakfast was available which offered a good selection.

There were noisy guests a couple of doors down (singing loudly at 10:30 p.m.!!) We placed a call to the front desk and they took care of the issue quickly. We appreciated their quick response.

We have stayed here before and we loved it. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast every morning was very nice, and we could get coffee in the lobby around the clock. I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet bowl in the bathroom. It was so small, it made it very hard to use. It was so low to the ground. It reminded me of a toilet in a pre school

Updated and modern hotel. Clean and comfortable.

Uncontrollable events happened during my stay. Domestic violence fight(11pm) on the 3rd floor a couple doors down from me. Not to mention the constant children running down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors. The cannabis scent lingering in the air all awhile a no smoking sign everywhere. My TV went black. Had to be rebooted by the staff.

Close to highway and family in Livermore

The last nite of our stay (5 days) when we came back to our hotel all the power was out in and we had 2 take stairs to second floor room ( key worked to let us inn room).I had a flashlight from our truck ..good thing because there was NO emergency lites in stairway and hallways. That could have been dangerous to hotel clients. When we got to room we were able to use electronic key to get in. It was very hot day (like over 100)..The power did come back on over about your. My family member said to me later "welcome to rolling California blackouts). My biggest issue was NO emergency lights in stairwells and hallways. Otherwise great place to stay and wonderful breakfasts.

The breakfast was varied and tasty. Different kinds of breads, cereals, yogurts, warm deals like scrambled or fried eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausages, also waffles or french toast. Every day fresh fruit. The staff was helpful when we asked if they could recommend any winery close by. They couldn't but printed out information from the Internet.

We stayed four nights. Unfortunately we had a room towards the Interstate and it was quite noisy at night. The hotel advertised with being surrounded by 50 vineyards but when questioned which ones were close by, the staff did not have any information or a leaflet. But I guess that one should be provided by the tourist board.

I had stayed here previously several years ago, but I think the room that I stayed in has been updated since then. It's very nicely done now. For this visit, I also appreciated being able to have a room close to where I parked.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable. Also, I kind of wished the breakfast was more like the La Quinta breakfast.

Very good stay for one night. check in process went smoothly and the room was furnished nicely. we did not partake in the breakfast, but overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the people in the room beside us. The "mountain view" is a bit far fetched. not a big deal for us, but be aware that the likelihood you have a view of the mountains is low.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was fine (usual hotel chain breakfast with several options). The cost was much less expensive than the other hotels in Livermore on i580 with similar quality of hotel room, so this, to me, is the best of the bunch if you're a solo traveler who needs a quick stay for the night.

The hallway carpets are a little worn, but if they want to save money some place then that's the place. Rooms are fine. Lobby is ok and breakfast is good.

love ❤️ this hotel very clean nice room very quiet staff were very nice hotel is right next to Starbucks and a gas station with a food mart that was nice the hotel dose have breakfast 6-10 am I wish it was till 11 cause I want to sleep in A lil bit or even 1130 max that would make the hotel breakfast a 10 cause of the hours I give it a 7 other wise love this hotel will stay again if you want fast food restaurant there about one mile away to drive it’s not bad

breakfast should be till 1130 am no one’s want to get up at 600 am it was good 😊 breakfast 6-10 hours should extend.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Good size sink/vanity area. Loved the clothing rack/shelving unit. Breakfast had many options for adults and children. Everything was well organized. The staff was kind and helpful.

No negatives here. All my needs and expectations were met or exceeded.
