Kathie or Katalina is her name super sweet lady she delivered customer service w a smile and made the interaction super personable w a little bit of a background story on her name we were able to relate on the way our names r super long definitely should have staff shadow her customer service interactions i let her know I would do survey can someone pls tell her I left her a survey I want her to receive recognition staff like her definitely deserve appreciation in order to keep the motivation coming from a retail sup. Easy location. Easy parking. Safe. They accommodated my request for a particular room. Dog friendly.

The coffee & breakfast options are awful, but if that is how you keep the prices down, so be it. You should provide a sponge ( or even half sponge) and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen.

I visit Livermore regularly and love to stay here because it is in a convenient location for my destinations, has everything I need, and the staff have been very accommodating with my requests for my favorite room.

The facilities were great, the little kitchen was a big help as I didn't have to get any take out meals, I could cook everything myself. The grab and go breakfast was a nice perk, The staff were always ready to help.

Location to our race, price, room set up, very comfortable bed and pillows, clean, and more.

Time it took to check in, long time just to check us in. Poor continental breakfast, no fruit. And for a delayed time for checkout, it would cost us an extra amount of money per hour

Great location and close to a lot of places.

Either someone's alarm went off early in the morning and was very loud or some noise that got me up and couldn't go back to sleep right away. Also, the toilet kept on the running after flushing.

Wish the utensils were in the room. Coffee pot etc. I had a dog and was put on the second floor.. all the way down at the end of the hallway … first floor would have been way more convenient . Cart trolley way too heavy and not easy to navigate.

Staff are nice and helpful. Plenty of parking and free wifi and a/c were useful since it was 100-103 degrees during my stay
