The stay overall was great because The room was clean, breakfast was absolutely delicious on both days, the pool was perfectly tempered and the jacuzzi was relaxing, the property was clean, staff was friendly.

The Business center was out of commission the printer didn't work, I am a wedding coordinator and was in town for that, my client made changes so I needed a new timeline printed, I had to go to office max, the Beds were hard, The key kept deactivating

We were on our way home from a long trip (where we stayed at many Hilton Hotels) and just wanted to stay one night but we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's obviously dated but it's clean and it impressed us in a few ways. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The coffee and breakfast was great! At the other hotels we couldn't barely drink the coffee. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. A great reasonably price stop. We would stay there again.

New carpet would be nice but at the price of this hotel I was willing to overlook. A more modern TV would also be nice. We couldn't plug in our Fire Stick.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good lots of choices that most hotels that serve continental breakfast dont of have. In room sauna was very convenient.

Room service was a little lacking in some aspects. Had to go to front desk three times because the maids didn't come in or leave towels.

Nice pool and sauna indoors. Good breakfast with an attendant checking. Egg omlette(plain), fresh oatmeal and fixins, full jugs of skim and whole milk, fruit and juice, waffle maker. Complete sets of weights up to 50+ lbs,yoga mats,medicine balls,yoga balls,tv. Clean rooms, nice tub,Dove shampoo and body wash. Pet area outside

I loved my room. It was right on the end and had a sliding glass door leading out to a porch overlooking the indoor pool. Very relaxing and the room was big. The breakfast was nice too. Good variety was offered every morning, it was nice. I also enjoyed how quiet the hotel was. There was never any loudness outside my door. Would love to stay there again.

Pool, breakfast buffet, extra pillows and blankets. Staff exceptionally nice, even when we compained about NO HOT WATER, VERY irritated, when I needed to soak a sore leg in hot water and there was none.

The water pressure was a trickle in the bathroom sink and no HOT WATER. Irritated, to say the least. We were offered to move rooms, but we had several events and clothes that were unpacked, just to much to pack up to move rooms! We ended up leaving dirty, because water was so cold to shower in at 4:30 am. .Just won't recommend or stay again. 😕 Room 211, Livermore. CA. The bathroom door was so large...literally as wide as the hallway...it was inconvenient and in the way, maybe ..install a pocket door!!!

Every time my family stays here visiting my in-laws, 1-2 times a year, we have an amazing stay. Beds are comfy, staff has always been welcoming and nice and the rooms have always been super clean. For me that is a big one.They always try to accommodate any needs we have and they are pet friendly which makes it perfect since our fur baby goes everywhere with us!

Nice hotel in handy location near the Premium Outlet Mall. Great facilities including small gym and pool, even had a big jacuzzi bath in room. All very clean, lovely big comfy bed and very friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast including some hot dishes. Lots of car parking space.

the new breakfast room lady is efficient; everything is restocked, the coffee is hot and refilled; the room is spotless. she routinely cleans the tables. so much better than all the other employees they've employed in that position. never on her phone, never have to ask for the coffee to be refilled, or anything for that matter. she makes eye contact and is very pleasant to speak with. the hotel should make sure she is happy and stays!

no housekeeping on the weekends; no clean towels.

Clean, clean, clean!!! Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but done well. Staff gets 5 stars! Very nice people! I would stay there again!

My wife could smell cigarette smoke from one of the other rooms. It was slight but she smelled it. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
