I stay here often for work, and I have never had a complaint about it. When I stay here I'm just looking for a bed to crash in for a few hours, and it is by far the best option for the value I've found in the area. I even prefer it to most of the more expensive options. It is consistently clean and well taken care of. The staff is always friendly, prompt, and helpful. The beds are comfortable, though not luxurious. The bathrooms are already clean and well maintained. Decent water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot water.

Recent renovations and amenities are what you would expect in a budget hotel. Don't expect luxury or frills.

Although the room was small and old, everything worked. The bed was comfortable. There were no smells. The shower had good flow of hot water. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. There was a fair bit of equipment in the room, including iron box and ironing board.

The parking lot is difficult to get into and out of. There are not too many plug points in the room, would be nice to have a socket extension. A few USB charge ports would also help. With increasing number of BEVs in CA, it would help if there was a way to charge outside the room.

The staff don’t answer the phone when you call ….i have tested this by calling them multiple times then walking in the lobby while I’m calling and letting the phone ring on my end seeing the flashing red light indicating a call is coming through and mike was sitting at the front desk with the ringer off to the phone acting as if someone else turns off the ringer

I like the professionalism of the person checking me in. It was very quiet and clean and a reasonable price.

The only thing I did not care for was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, and there was no boxspring. It was just a straight mattress, but other than that everything was great maybe improve on your beds because it was not enjoyable that way at all other than that, it was great.

Just as lovely as my last visit, the staff was very kind and very helpful. I enjoyed the bed it was very comfortable and I appreciate that there's a little fridge in the room. Absolutely will come again.

I could hear people through the door and it was a little bothersome in the morning but wasn't a big deal.

The terms were very clear, the manager was kind, the room was beautiful, clean, and the spacious. My deposit was returned before I left. The COVID masking policy was in place for staff, which I appreciated. I did not expect my room to be cleaned every day, but it was. The floors are a beautiful wood like laminate.

Due to COVID, there is no breakfast. I'd have liked that, but again, the terms were clear before I booked.
