Everything was clean and very nice. The staff were excellent, being professional and friendly. Also loved getting bottle water to take out on our outings. Loved the indoor pool except for the loudness. Except for the AC you exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a nice stay, and we will be back.

Our air-conditioning did not work. They sent someone to fix it, but it still didn't work. We were told to open the window to let the hot air out. It stayed 73 in the room our entire stay. Was not a good sleeping temperature. The only other thing is maybe look into a way to lessen the acoustics in the pool area. Soooo loud in there. Especially when children are in there.

Location is everything. So many restaurant options in the vicinity. Very nice staff and accommodations! Microwave and fridge in the room is always such a convenience. The breakfast and indoor pool really make the stay. I love being able to check in online and choose my own room at a Hilton hotel.

No towels in pool area. Found ketchup packet under chair cushions and left behind hair care products in bathroom. Overall cleanliness in room could be more detailed but the property and common areas are very tidy.

When we entered the hotel, lobby was clean and inviting, Brandon checked us in and was very accommodating. Room was clean and liked that it was updated. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Location is great with walking distance to restaurants like In n out, jollibees, Krispy Kreme, ihop, grocery store and more. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was a little worn, it had a dip and can hear the springs

Nice gym area and peleton bike to use for free. Spacious room. Very quiet and comfortable. Good night sleep. Good surroundings with quite a few places to eat and a supermarket. All was generally very good and I enjoyed my stay.

Poor breakfast with no variety, however waffles were a nice touch

Our rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating and were able to keep our whole family on the same floor. I forgot their names but all of the staff from the day and night shift were super nice & helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

The only problem is the parking. Not enough & some had to park a little ways away.

Quiet, clean, well maintained. And an easy to operate TV!!! No issues with it as often happens in hotels in my experience!

Nothing. It was all good. I would suggest a cold water dispenser at or near the beverage bar. Not a fan of plastic bottled water. I’ve machines are well placed.

The breakfast was enjoyable. Staff was extremely courteous, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A very pleasant experience. Would definitely rebook if in town again

Not much insulation/sound proofing in the building often hear a lot from halls as people move about and this time the road noise. Bed was comfy but very squeaky in some spots Just doesn’t seem as high end as other hamptoms

The staff were nice and helpful. Good location with plenty of parking. Comfortable room. Excellent wifi and television.

US Breakfast options are terrible. Not this hotels fault perhaps, its the same in all the hotels i stay in.
