The staff were nice, especially Nikki. The room was comfortable as well. We also loved the quiet & convenient location!

The pool area was comfortable & beautifully decorated, if only the pool was larger. The room also could've been a lot cleaner in areas behind the bed. I dropped my phone behind there and it was filthy. other than that our stay was great!

Room was large and spacious with lounge area, kitchenette and good-sized bathroom. Felt like a studio. Good sized desk too. Helpful reception and also very helpful staff at bar/kitchen. Enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Excellent value for money. Good location if you need to be near Palo Alto/Silicon Valley; also closer for visiting Santa Cruz in the south and day trips to San Francisco and Napa also possible.

Location is good if you need to be in that Newark/Silicon Valley area but otherwise, there is not a lot to do nearby. However, you can still easily do day-trips. A good value alternative option to staying in the city (much more expensive).

I appreciate the cleanliness! You don’t always find that in hotels. The location was nice and close enough to stores! This is the second time me and my husband stayed at this hotel, will be coming back many more!

It was very nice and very clean. The amenities were a bonus. As was the bar downstairs. We both really enjoyed our stay here.

The one large complaint we had was that we could not connect our xbox to the TV. We were then imformed that the USB ports do not work with anything other than the TV channels. Our xbox would connect but the volume was at max and we couldn't adjust it at all. Not being able to use our xbox was very disappointing as we can use it in every other hotel I've ever stayed at.

My heater didn’t work. Even when maintenance fixed it, it seemed to be set at a certain temperature that I cannot increase.

The room is nice but it could be better if located on higher level to get natural light. The room is kinda dark inside.

The shower was very slippery. I fell on my last day and have a large bruise on my back. This was the only part of my stay I did not enjoy.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable. Even though there were people in the rooms next to us it was still quiet and relaxing.

The pool and hot tub could have been a little cleaner as there was debris from the surrounding plants floating in both.

I always stay at this location when I'm in town it's very clean and quiet and the staff are always professional.

Room was not very clean, found areas that needed cleaning further. Found uncleaned coffee mugs ring on night stand. The back of the sink was looking crusty and so on.
