It’s in a good location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc.. The sub-manager was very attentive and went above and beyond to help us out when extending our stay and needing to change rooms!! Emily at the reception was also a sweetheart every time we talked to her.. The breakfasts is very simple but will do the trick early in the morning..

The first impression was not very good because the woman at the reception was very rude and not helpful.. but after we met the other staff, they kind of made it up for it!! Also, it’s a little disappointing that the so called queen beds seem very much to be full ones.. comfortable but very small for a big couple..

I liked that the staff was very friendly, the room was big i like that there was a divider in between the beds that gave privacy. The AC was amazing! Everything looked spotless! The location was really good close to lots of stores and restaurants. The best thing was the price, really budget friendly. We were there to visit a sick relative in the hospital and it helped to be able to be there and not have to pay an arm and a leg with all the other stress and expenses of traveling it was a breath of fresh air to find a place like this one

The pool was out of order

It is a good value. Fairly clean and spacious. Easy to find and faily convenient. Lotsa parking. Staff was decent.

I lost my deposit because my girlfriend started her period in the morning, didn't realize it and must have accidentally gotten blood on the sheets. While i get thay this is "damage" to the room keeping a hundred dollar deposit seems excessive. Also they didnt have coffee during breakfast and while they offered instant it was only decaf. So an amenity i paid for but didnt receive.

The location was great. I had an appointment at the medical center down Mowry and Extended Stay was well placed. The bed, bathroom, shower, kitchen, lighting, and TV were great. The Wifi was 66% good.

My Xbox was not able to connect to the wifi. It detected the signal but could not load the sign in page. This is unusual because I never encountered this problem on past visits. Also I saw a roach in the bathroom.

This property was nice great outdoor lounge and dog friendly also nice staff. Breakfast in the morning was nice but the pool was still close for city approval of remodel. Nice medium size refrigerator and little studio kitchen.

My experience was cool, everyone was real chill and out the way. Everything I needed was there and the showers were perfect with hot water was my favorite

Overall is good . Room was clean and kitchen was also provided so you can also cook .they are also providing utensils if you want to try cooking. Stayed for 10 days and breakfast is same everyday it should be changed. Place was nice and easily reachable and Indian store and restaurant nearby.

Price are high as I extend my stay by 2 days and it jumped from USD 112 per night to USD 130 per night .Cleanliness you have to maintain yourself as they are cleaning once in 14 days and if you exchange towel they may provide you low quality towels so better to check while exchanging. No shampoo provided for 10 days stay .

Check in was quick. The bed, shower, bathroom, kitchen, TV, AC, and lighting were great. They were able to provide a pan and spatula upon request.

I still couldn't sign in my XBOX into the WiFi. On the last day, two of the door card locks stopped working and I had to walk the whole length of the building 4 times to load my car.

Elevator has been broken an I can’t climb stairs am I don’t like stay in the other building the people are to loud an they smoke
