Foster City when my grandfather was a single man he lived here so the emotional tie the safety is immeasurable. I really like the location like you can't even see it really from the freeway I never noticed it and I travel back and forth on the freeway and I never seen it before and just didn't see it so I do appreciate the safety and the neighbors here the other customers are all so friendly everyone said hello walking and it was nice it really is a little village a little town thank you so much for the experience I made book a second night or come back for sure in the next couple weeks I've been so busy with work and I live in Los Gatos Santa Cruz mountains too far for this little lady to be commuting every day

LOL I can't even really say anything about this part other than I'm missing a coffee machine in my room but other than that everything's great

The room is spacious, clean and has a kitchenette which is everything I want when I travel. There were no extra costs for parking or occupancy fees which I have found in many other places I’ve stayed in the US during this holiday. The staff were very helpful and went over and above, including solving a problem that I had on checking in. Very happy with the result and the service.

Breakfast was more basic than I liked and mostly sugary muffins and breakfast bars which offer no nutritional value before a full day out and about. A piece of toast and cup of tea would have been very welcome, and what I thought might have been offered when I was told the breakfast was basic…

Front desk clerk Walter went above and beyond to accommodate a longer stay for us. The beds were very, very comfortable.

Bathtub tile walls were slimy-not cleaned. Loud music Sunday night for over 4 hours and no one to call about it. Filter for the coffee pot would have been nice and dish soap so we wouldn't have to buy a whole bottle for a few days stay. Also there were no laundry soap dispensers in the laundry room so unless you bring your own you can't do laundry. The wall between the beds should be removed. There is not enough room to get in and out, even for a thin person.

Was not able to enjoy the breakfast due to time constraint. The location was close to the freeway but didn’t disturb my sleep.

I wish that the door had a seal so I won’t hear much noise from the outside and my pets not hearing the noise outside or the next door room shutting their door loud. I wish the room(s) had more amenities such as shampoos and conditioners in the room and not having to ask the front desk. I wish that the room that small dish detergent readily available for use.

For the price it provides excellent amenties, including stove, cookware, microwave oven, fridge, and more than one chairs. These are all very important when traveling with more than one person and wanting to keep the cost down in San Francisco.

The bathroom tab is very short, causing water slashing on top of the sink. The shower tub is only blocked by shower curtain, it's easy for water to flow outside, causing discomfort.

Everything was good, and there was a guy I don’t know if he was the manager, he was so good, so kind. Understand easily. Really welcoming. My book was supposed to be open by 3pm but he arranged to get me a room earlier. What I didn’t like was the other lady that works at the reception too, she’s not welcoming at all, and it was like she doesn’t like me for I don’t know what reason ? Maybe she’s like that, I don’t know. First of all I called and she’s telling me there’s no room available it will only open at 3pm. Then I get there at 12pm instead of you know help me feel comfortable cuz I’m here to stay at your hotel and I pay for that. She’s tells me straight, there’s no room available until 3pm, she had like a rude tone. The manager helped me, even tho I was okay waiting until 3pm and I went in a room at like 1pm. The following day I came at the reception I great her, she’s not answering, I told her the manager told I could leave my bags, she said okay. I left them. I left and I came back at 3pm first thing she says to me : oh you can take your bags, I told her I’m waiting for my driver then she looked at me funny, after 20min I take my bags, I said bye, she doesn’t reply. Anyways. I just think she should learn to welcome people, it a service that you offer, a simple hi could change someone moods, be welcoming, facial expressions matters. You might not find solutions to every problem, but showing that you care, matters. That manager he’s really good, you can see he’s enjoying at max what he does, and he’s so welcoming to everyone. I really loved the way he served US. If there was a way to tip after making a comment about Him I would. But the other lady she needs to work on herself, cuz that could push clients away..

The friendly staff Rodrigo, Walter and the manager Gerardo very first class attention to the customer, and I'm sorry but I didn't get the ladies names that keep the rooms clean,my wife Heather did that, we been staying for a while in that hotel for those reasons. They will always have our business.

The short stay and maybe a little more choices on the free breakfast.

The staff was excellent and always willing to help. We required a wheelchair accessible room while waiting for our new accommodations. We stayed 5 weeks.

The room was approved by handicap standards, but the bed was too low for a person in a wheelchair. We purchased risers and solved the issue. Everything and all staff were excellent.

Very clean, ample parking, large room, laundry available, accessible bathroom. You can get dishes, coffee pot, pans, etc. but you have to ask at desk.

Our accessible room was missing a nightstand and comfortable chair that looked like they were removed. Oddly the CA required low bed is actually bad for cripples-hard to get in wheelchair. Shower bench too far from faucet.

It was cute motel. Little graden middle of the motel. Rooms were clean. Wifi was good. For us it was perfect location.

The shower pressure was bad. It was like standing under a light drizzel. There was a little kitchen corner but no plates or forks so you had to ask from the desk.
