Very friendly and helpful service desk staff, this was really appreciated and noted as this was one of the only places we experienced this great quality and we stayed at a total of 8 hotels.

Different breakfast times for weekdays and weekends and on the weekend the breakfast was getting cleared away and packed up quite early. The variety of breakfast food was really good, however the breakfast set up could have been a lot better. An extra toaster and locate the toasters before other items or in a different location to not slow the flow of guests trying to get other items.

Rooms are really clean and spacious. We were two adults and three teenagers. There were two queens and sofa bed in the room- enough beds for all of us. Room had walkable wardrobe which saves space in the room and provides spot for your belongins. Extra large wc. Fridge, microwave in the room. Spacious Fitness room with nice equipment. Small but heated pool outside. Parking is 20 usd/night. But you may park 50 meters from hotel and it is free. Place is very quiet and save. Also very save during the night. It takes just app. 30-40 minutes by car to San Francisko fishermans wharf. So if you have a car it is superb location App. 15 minutes by car to SF airport. Breakfast are full with tasty fresh vafles, yogurt, egs, sosages, oat porrige, beigels, fruits, coffe, tea and milk. Staff is friendly and welcome.

Well, 20 eur/night parking fee does not make too much sence when there is so much space to park around:)

The staff was very professional and accommodating. Check In was seamless. The room was exactly as pictured and very comfortable and furnished with High End furnishings from West Elm. Love the private ensuite bathroom which features a sliding door that can be closed for privacy and to keep bathroom odors from entering the living space. The bathroom itself is the size of a small room. Highly recommend this property for a safe, clean and comfortable stay. Spend the extra money, you will not be disappointed.

The coffee station needed to be serviced. However, everything was clean.

The suite rooms are spacious and well appointed with a full sofa, big desk and lots of counter space in the bathroom. There's a full closet and a separate coffee station with a frig and microwave. The room was super clean, with a large bathroom. We used the fitness room which is a good size with 6 cardio machines, free weights and weight machine. We also used their free EV charging stations. The free hot breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choices.

Bummer to be charged $20 to park since they have ample parking.

I loved the staff and all the amenities provided with the hotel (alcoholic beverages in the store, pool & bar with happy hour). I also loved the layout of the hotel and how our room looked. Our room was also comfy and clean.

Breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels' breakfast I've had with a lower price. Our room also got missed for cleaning one day. And I wish there were a bit more beverage options in the shop next to the check in/out counter (soda, juice, and water).

This place is gorgeous! Spacious, luxurious, immaculately clean and comfortable. The price was amazing all except the pet fee. I have a 6lb trained, groomed and manicured Maltese. $75 pet fee is pretty high in my opinion but I understand it's a one size fits all fee. Not all pups are as well trained or clean as my little guy. All around a great experience with kind staff a nice little breakfast is also included with eggs, frittata, muffins, bagels, hot and cold cereal, coffee and juice options. I think I covered everything. Hands down the best experience. I just wish my stay was longer 😍

I like the room how big it was in spacious and how big the living room.Was the beds were comfortable?I just love how quiet the area was.

I didn't like the bathroom door. It's kind of dangerous because my daughter smashed her finger. And I could hear the people from upstairs. And I wish that they had more breakfast options. Not just small bowels of fruit.. The paper bowls should be replaced with glass because it's hard to enjoy your breakfast.

I like the size of the rooms. The location, it was quiet with quick access to the freeway. The A/c worked very well.

Having to pay for parking even though it is not a secure parking lot. Having to pay for parking even after advising I had a handicap placard which I don’t think is legal in California. Pillow were quite small for a king size bed.

The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. It had a healthy variety of items to choose from. The hot foods were hot when I ate about 7:30am. The desk clerk assisted me with some local directions.

There were some computer/technology difficulties with check-in for two rooms booked at the same time, but they were quickly resolved. The staff quickly and easily handled this issue.

A large, clean, and comfortable room. Suitable for an overnight stay.

We were disappointed that breakfast ended at 9:00, as we arrived late and woke up early. By 9:10, all the food had been taken away, and only tea and coffee were available. In addition to the room charge, the bill included a parking fee of \$22 for one night.
