The rooms are very clean. friendly staff. easy access to Laurel Street in San Carlos. The amenities and better than most bathroom fixtures were very nice. Cool little place. It was a pleasant stay and I'd recommend it.

I should have stayed on the second floor. Due to the age of the building, you can hear every footstep and noise above you when staying on the first floor. Also, the refrigerators were quite small especially if you plan to stay more than one day.

The place was clean. Room felt spacious. Location is close to Redwood City where I needed to be. I especially liked the name: Life Is Art!

Everything was great except they didn't give me any discounts and I was charged multiple times for the security deposit each time I rebooked for an extension and some days they would make me pay an extra 10 per day because option online was only king in it special king in or whatever but after a week that sho is isn't even matter

The check in and security deposit were crazy the charge hold takes five days plus they charged me twice one time The building has very loud early morning construction crews parking right behind it in an alley which is annoying

Clean!!! Super clean and the staff is polite and helpful. I stay here every time I come to town.

Walking to restaurant strip in downtown san carlos. Prices are always super competitive. Beds are comfortable. Tv and wifi are fine. Microwave,fridge, and coffee maker all good quality and modern. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Majority of guests are hard working blue collar remote workers that you can tell are busting their tails everyday. Good people.

Pricing is so good on occassion they have guests that give off a rough impression and can draw police attention. No matter i continue to stay there because everyone keeps to themselves.

The snack bar! It wasn't too fancy so reasonably priced and had a little of everything.

Not enough parking

The shower worked well, the bed was comfortable and there was A/C.

I think that the parking spaces are a little narrow for larger vehicles, but we made it work.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. Excellent location to enjoy local restaurants.

Nothing comes to my mind

no breakfast served, inspite of all the mention of it in the advertising...very dissappointing. I understand the probable excuse is covid-19, but it still could have been done without breaking any rules. Take the minion of it off of your ads if you are not delivering the service.
