The location was nice and walkable to the water and some of the local shops. The hotel was clean in the lobby and room. The 24/7 coffee bar with a variety of drinks was very nice, especially the hot chocolate for kids. The seating area was modern and bright. The breakfast had a very nice variety,with the hot items actually hot and everything spread out nicely.

The beds were not comfortable, even for my kiddos. Usually, hotels invest in the sleep factor, but this one left us with a restless night.

My BFF's and I resumed our Annual Girlfriends Getaway here, and the location was absolutely PERFECT!! From the beginning, we were welcomed by the wonderful front desk staff named "Sunshine"! The breakfast, the bed was comfy, the room amenities such as the microwave, mini fridge, pretty much everything was EXCELLENT. 🥰

The bathroom floors were freezing cold. I forgot my house shoes 😫 one of my BBFs said the sofa pull out bed was not as comfortable as the bed and had stains on it. There were children in the room above us and were up running around til 1am. I am grateful I had my earplugs. However, we did not let these things ruin our trip and time together.

Literally on the beach. Ideally located. Breakfast was quite good (includes oatmeal, eggs, sausage, breads, waffles, etc.) (ends promptly at the mentioned time, however).

Paid parking was not ideal. However, plenty of on-street parking. The check-in experience ended up ok in the end, however, it was quickly leading towards a disaster due to them "deep cleaning" certain floors. This should be handled differently or communicated better IMO.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast options, very friendly and accommodating staff, very well priced and even received complimentary upgrades. Chris is an excellent associate, making sure as us guests of the property that we are well informed and knowledgeable about the properties amenities. We also dined at Nicks Restaurant and lounge which was close by and in walking distance, which we thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful beach sunset view!

The charging station for our electric vehicle was very time consuming but we were very pleased that it worked out well and availability of the location.

Breakfast was tasty and convenient. We liked the outdoor porch with beach views. Our room had balcony and water views. Easy to get too and lots of parking Everyone was friendly and it was a holiday weekend and staff was still friendly and hotel well staffed. Beautiful location next to beach, shops, restaurants and walking trails. Will book again.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Pacifica. We love the close beach access, spacious rooms, comfy beds, cleanliness, breakfast options, and overall comfort. We have stayed at 5+ other hotels in the area and none of them compare to the quality of this one. We can't wait to come back!

Nothing major, but the elevator door slammed shut on my arm when I was exiting the elevator. I was fine, but it hit me pretty hard, and it would have injured my 5-year-old son had he been the one exiting first.

proximity to the ocean, the view, cleanliness of room, breakfast area and over all place The staff that checked us in were very friendly and willing to help. The place looked very new and the staff seemed to take pride in their job.

The loudness of the slamming of doors for the rooms. They seemed like they were very heavy and slammed extremely easily. The coffee machine was broken down so we weren't able to get something hot and comforting at the end of the day.

Location, breakfast, clean, love the pump shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The people above us, had a child who kept, running and jumping, during the night. When I called to ask the front desk to call that room. I got a call back with an update they were sorry, the child has special needs. I appreciated the call and understood back but didn’t appreciate, if this continues no offer to move us etc. the parents should’ve requested a ground floor room, knowing running and jumping calms their child. They checked out so there wasn’t that issue last night. I wasn’t paying money to not get sleep.

This place was such a wonderful surprise. It was right on the beach not far from the tournament I took my son to. He had so much fun playing in the ocean. The lobby/breakfast area was great. It has a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean with tables if you want to eat outside. I told my husband we should go back for a weekend trip just him and I. I would very much recommend this hotel!

We had two rooms to travel down to a family's member's funeral. The hotel was close to the ocean and well within walking distance to the downtown area of Pacifica. We were greeted by friendly staff members and the parking was so easy. Everything was perfect, but the beds and pillows weren't as comfortable for me, but everything else was definitely amazing! Will definitely be back!

Beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable, but other than that, nothing.
