The rooms were large and suited our family well. The two bathrooms were nice to have for the whole week. TVs in each room were convenient. Wifi was good. The kitchen was great. Breakfast was consistent and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic only a five minute walk to the BART station. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy. Friendly staff.

There were a few ants in the kids' bathroom. The last day, the ants showed up in the kitchen. The last day, we smelled a strong odor of smoke and marijuana from a nearby room. The power went out one night, and we were awakened by a chirping smoke alarm, and it got stuffy but we were glad the power came back on by morning. Wish there was an oven. Had trouble boiling water in the large pot on the stovetop, but it worked better with the smaller pot. Could have used more utensils. Found a pair of old socks next to my son's bed that were from a prior guest.

I loved that they could accommodate all of us close to the airport because we had an early flight the next day . They upgraded my room because there was an issue the breakfast was alright. Also the laundry was free! That was a plus for us

For the most part it was clean but they need inspections or something before clearing the unit to put people in it I found things in both units My first unit I found human shit smeared in the door jam so they upgraded me to a second unit it the closet there was pet hair everywhere that's where I usually put my luggage and change in the closet area

We felt like this hotel was a good bang for our buck. As a family of 6, it is often hard to find a room big enough for all of us. This room had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room and a small kitchen. It was a bit dated and rough around the edges, but overall it felt clean and fit our needs of a place to crash during a layover. The breakfast was a buffet and my kids loved the pancakes maker. The food was on par for a hotel buffet, and I was glad to save the $60+ on fast food. We used the shuttle to and from the airport and didn't have any problems. The staff was nice and helpful.

The rooms felt a little worn out and the chair in the sitting room felt old and probably needed a good clean. Everything else felt clean, so it wasn't a problem, especially since we were looking for a quick, close to the airport, place to crash for a low price.

Two rooms and bathrooms spacious, comfortable, and kitchenette very useful. The pool and hot tub are amazing! Breakfast is good, albeit parts of it way too spicy (ground meat).

Room furniture upholstery in poor shape. Having to lug suitcases up two flights of stairs not fun, and paying for parking (that is hard to find) is not appreciated. The pool and hot tub times of use are not convenient - some like a morning swim, or late night hot tub. There is no lifeguard, so swim at your own risk should be extended (7am to 1 am)

The free breakfast each morning was good, with different varieties of food and dishes. I also enjoyed the free, 24/7 airport shuttle service (call the hotel upon arrival and they will pick you up) from the upper level/departure area. For convenience, this hotel is within walking distance to shopping facilities and BART station.

While this is not the fault of the hotel, guests should be keenly aware that this hotel sits directly in the departure flight path of one of SFO’s 4 runways, meaning you WILL hear and see large aircraft taking off/landing all hours of the day and night. Although the rooms are very clean, I did not like seeing damaged furniture (I did not request a new room because of it) in the room. Finally, our room was situated next to the facility’s laundry room, which created moderate noise and vibrations during the daytime (again, I did not request a new room because of this). We did not have housekeeping service for our 3 night stay.

Great shuttle service to and from airport.Room was a suite and it was huge and lovely; wish we had longer to stay to enjoy it as we got in later and left very early. Hot tub and pool closes at 9pm so we missed those too. Breakfast starts at 7:30 so we missed that too. Very lovely hotel though and rooms. Very close to shopping mall and BART station. So we were able to take that into San Francisco for a tour.

Wish hot tub was open until 10pm.

We had a problem with a leak in the room and the maintenance manager fixed it very quickly. I would have liked to change rooms but none were available however, the hotel manager generously adjusted the cost of the room because of the leak. I have stayed at this property many times and the staff is always kind and helpful. This time they went above and beyond to help keep a satisfied customer!

The suite was spacious and comfortable to stay in with my family, lots of space to chat while still having some opportunity for personal space. The hotel shuttle was on time and efficient, the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options, with everything that ran out being replaced quickly by friendly staff members.

The bathroom doors in the suite we stayed in didn't lock very well. It wasn't an issue for us, as we could all tell when it was occupied, but I could see it turning off other guests. There was a lot of noise bleed from other rooms, especially above us. The ongoing construction in the morning was loud, but, as we woke up early to get breakfast, it was not a major concern to us. The biggest point for our party was the breakfast times felt very limited/closed quite early compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Big ups to the staff for mentioning the times, otherwise there was a very real chance we would've slept through it entirely. Ending breakfast service at 8:30am does feel really quite early compared to other hotels.

Location close to my 4 day work stay at Kaiser.

The matrace was worn out left a big dip in the area where I was sleeping causing back pain. The TV 's are dinosaurs not smart TV's so unable to log on to you tube or Netflix - needs upgrading for sure. The wall art work is bland depressing - I suggest pictures from SF in color instead or photographs of SF AREA .

The location to public transit, the breakfast was awesome (wish soda was available until check out vs until 9:30), the suite was comfortable and clean, and we moved the two bedroom/3 beds option. The pool was great!

The ice machine was really loud and the tv didn’t work well, it was glitchy. One of the showers’ shampoo and conditioner smelled horrible; it was different than the other shower and smelled chemically.
