The reception at the front desk was so accommodating. Especially at checkout. I needed to stay and wait for a ride and the entire staff was great. I was able to hang out in the lobby, eating area and they're beautiful outdoor garden.

A little water damage on the bathroom sink, but a minor and easy quick fix. I also couldn't figure out how to screen share onto the TV, so I could watch my shows but again, minor.

Very nice hotel close to SFO. Clean, nice staff, shuttle is free, price is very reasonable. We did not try breakfast because it was too early for us, but coffee was good and I think, more than usual varieties of continental breakfast including bagels. I would stay again if I have early flight from SFO. We leave about 50 mi from SFO, so it was very convenient for us. There are a lot of restaurants around, so we had nice dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed only one night, and this hotel satisfied all our needs. So there is nothing we did not like.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It's right near the airport, so the location is great for an overnight stay in between flights. It was nicer than I thought it would be.

The breakfast was so-so. There are no aiport shuttles between 10 AM and late afternoon, so if you have a flight leaving mid day, you have to go early and hang around the airport. That was so NOT fun.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I really appreciate the shuttle service and the early breakfast buffet especially for us with families taking super early flights.

Some of the furniture (bottom of sink cabinet) was extremely warped, and the door lock got stuck a few times. I also would have loved to have a mini fridge or microwave. But I can't complain for the price.

The staff was very nice. I arrived late and left early. The hotel is very close to the airport. The place is perfect for a quick stay. I would stay again.

I would only recommend that there is a way to get water and snacks without cash. And I wish the shuttle went a little bit later.

The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was very good. The hotel shuttle was great. Comfortable bed. Secure, no worries.

Not their fault but the area (industrial) is abysmal, especially for a traveler without a car like myself. Heavy traffic, especially huge trucks. The room price is surely lower because of the area.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers courtesy shuttle from and to the airport. Although only until 10 pm. Nonetheless, since it is located so near the airport, the uber is really cheap. Room was very spacious, with amenities included (free) like a Keurig coffee machine. Bed was really comfortable and shower worked perfect too. Breakfast is self-served with tons of stuff to choose from. The staff was very kind at all times.

The staff replied promptly to my shuttle questions. When I landed I knew where to go and what to do. The front desk, night and morning, were friendly and treated me like good family. They took time out to help research my train connections too. The room was quiet, nice linens, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, balanced breakfast. The environment felt safe for a solo traveler.

I didnt plan enough time to use the fitness room. There were not afternoon shuttle options. I would rather have hung out at the hotel than half a day at the airport for the next connection.

Easy access to SFO. 1st stop of hotel shuttle group made it a bit quicker. Front desk staff was nice.

Room was dark. Had to move furniture to plug in power cords. Had to get out of bed to turn on/off bedside table lights. It felt like a motel but I got a good rate so it almost met my expectations.

It’s good night sleep and clean for flight out and coming in after the flight .

That I would have to reserve the shuttle. I wish I would have known before I came back from my flight.
