Great hotel. Very modern. Feels like a 4 star hotel. Typical Hilton experience. comfortable bed, spacious room, tv, nice bathroom, great reception, guest laundry, parking space, etc. Is a 7min uber from the airport and it is not at all one of the airport hotels... Since i was not driving I could walk 16min and take the caltrain to the city so that was a plus. I arrived at 2am and no problems to walk in late in the lobby. Staff is great. Used the laundry also very convenient for 7usd clean and dry all my clothes.

the breakfast is not a buffet, so you need to order a plate/entree. I thought this was a bit inconvenient since it takes longer and there was just one person taking orders, helping you to be seated, etc.... Quality is good, waffles, pancakes or omelets. It's beneficial to prepaid breakfast I think for 10usd on booking, since they waive one entree that costs 19usd if you prepaid breakfast.

Convenient using app to unlock my door and not having to worry about losing key or demagnetizing. Didn’t have to wait in line for a long time to check in. The value of the included breakfast with your stay, you can’t beat. Staff so friendly and helpful especially the sweet lady that served me a the cafe. Packing everything for me to go as I had my baby in my arms. The food is delicious too. I love their breakfast and burgers.

You have to pay for parking.

The room was spacious and the air condition was excellent.

The room must have been recently upgraded, however the ceiling was only painted, where the roller could go, no cut ins along the walls, we had an overstuffed purple chair, with a green ottoman, the nightstand on either side of the very comfortable bed didn't match. So I assume this collection of furniture was from the previous rooms . It was strange?

The assistant manager Kwok was outstanding, always going above and beyond his duties. We were so grateful! All the people at the Reception counter were great as well. Customer service at its best.

Breakfast was poor quality and small in size. But dinner was good.

Breakfast is yammy, lucky that I booked the room with breakfast. But for those who did not book it, they should pay 10-20 dollars for everyday plus tips, that is too much.

Wifi is not included, you should register or pay for it.

breakfast is good and location is close to the airport. The premise is clean and employees are friendly and informative.

The bathroom air ventilation is not strong enough. The parking lot is small and the lines on the parking lot are fade so make it hard to park at night and we received a warning notice but this is due to the lines are not visible at night time at all. The lighting at the parking lot is not bright enough at nigh time.

Lovely and clean. A way out of the city but an Uber was only about $20 and when you weigh up the price of staying in the city centre it was reasonable value for money. The room was massive and very clean and well equipped. The lobby was bright and airy.

Was overcharged at the bar and had to have the bill amended at check out. The barman was grumpy and didn’t want to serve us even though there was a half hour to closing, he wanted us to buy a drink from the ‘shop’ where the choices were terrible. That’s probably why he overcharged us - we insisted he served us with a whisky which took him all of 30 seconds! Breakfast was good but we found out that it was no use standing at the ‘wait here to be seated’ sign as we hung about for about 2 minutes only to be told just walk in and find your own table. No problem with that but just take the sign away! Thought the $18 parking was a bit steep especially when there’s plenty of it and you’re a guest at the hotel but I suppose all US hotels rip you off in that way to make a few extra bucks.

The noise coming from the hallway was too loud, I could hear people talking and doors shutting throughout the night.
