Firstly, the staff is super friendly and great. The hotel is quiet for being on a major road in CA. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was the best I've had in quite a while. All around, it was a great stay at the Hyatt place and we will be back!

Honestly, there wasn't anything to complain about. If I had to complain about anything, it was hearing people above me from time to time. But everything at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is quite new, very clean and easily accessible (directly located at El Camino). They offer a smaller gym, relatively large rooms and a complimentary breakfast. The staff is very friendly. The SFO airport and the beach at Half Moon Bay are less than 15min. away. Safeway stores are nearby. Parking within the building at a moderate daily fee of 10 $ is very convenient

A pool would be nice. Also, a few more machines and weights within the gym would be desirable. And as mentioned in other reviews, food at the breakfast buffet is only replenished slowly, so you'd better get there early.

The hotel is fairly new therefore still in good shape but most importantly it was clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was professional and the majority including the maids were friendly. Only the breakfast staff was not as friendly as the rest (no eye contact, no greeting, no smiles). The breakfast itself was fresh and there was a wide variety to choose from. There was daily maid service, water and ice available.

Parking costs extra but everything else was great.

The accessible room was very well designed for safety & ease in use. The bed was mostly comfortable. The breakfast knook had pretty good variety of foods & was tasty. I loved that they have a Starbucks expresso coffee accommodation for patrons to buy specialty coffee.

I would have appreciated greater comfort in the bed since I deal with chronic orthopedic pain issues. I would have liked a microwave in the room. If I needed to stay while my spouse was having a medical procedure, I would have been limited in reheating food. I feel they should have very early access to morning coffee & tea for patrons, and not make people feel bad & be scolded for accessing the kitchen knook to get this morning coffee.

Clean and pleasant area for breakfast. Sufficient choice for my family; fresh cut melons, frozen berries, variety of cereals, oatmeal, eggs , sausages and breads. Plenty of coffee and tea to start your day.

It would be better if we didn't have to pay for parking. Plenty of empty spaces, and we did not have to pay last time we were here.

I went to a conference near the hotel. So the location was convenient but away from SF. Amazing personnel at front desk, cleaning and breakfast. Nice room with large bed and a sofa. I didn´t use the AC so I don´t know about. Cleaning every day. Very good breakfast with some variations every day which is always a nice surprise.

The chair in the room is not comfortable to work for long period

All was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of parking. Nice excersise room.

Only one small desk lamp. Hard to read when the sun went down. Both lights in bathroom have timers. Goes pitch black when in shower. In middle of nite when you go to bathroom, bright nite lights come on. Too bright, wakes you up. Coffee maker in dark cubby hole. Need light so you can read directions. You’re not told when booking that parking is extra. Wait till you see the 5 extra taxes that are added. Too funny.

Excellent stay, was there for 1 night comfortable bed and had a nice big tv. They offered continental breakfast for the price which was nice they offered variety of food options and also it was kid friendly. They are close to a Waffle House and down the street you have a McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts and also a Taco Bell if you want a quick bite.

The property is clean. Staff is super nice and helpful! Last the hotel provide complimentary breakfast daily with many variety of selections to choose from.

I have not noticed any negative things from the time we have stayed. This place is recommended if you want to stay away from the city crowds.

Breakfast was good but they didn’t replace some items when they had finished even if it was only 8:30. Example oatmeal, yogurt, blueberries. But overall breakfast was very good

I didn’t like the coffee maker. Tried to make coffee and followed instructions but it didn’t work. Also, a small microwave would have been nice and a small pool.
