Nice rooms, pool, grill/lounge areas, delicious breakfasts. Strict quiet hours were followed. The pool was well maintained. They did not hesitate to address the pet urine smell in one of the rooms.

The hotel is addressing the overflowing dumpsters, but a lot of people put their trash randomly throughout the property. There were also a lot of towels (pool/maintenance/etc.) left randomly throughout the property. While this is poor guest etiquette, it might help having someone monitor the grounds for these items or ask people to ensure they use the proper places for these items (signs, verbal request at checkin, make a policy). There are no elevators, so many people made a lot of noise getting their luggage to their rooms. Curbs should have cutouts for ADA regulations. One of our rooms smelled like pet urine, and while addressed, the smell came back by the end of the day.

Excellent Breakfast every day, really good coffee. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful with every interaction. The laundry room, gym were all well kept, clean and easy to use with nothing "out of order". Our room was spacious, REALLY good wifi.

Our rooms dishwasher was INCREDIBLY loud and tipped forward when we would open it and pull out a single drawer. The dishes to eat off of (coffee cups, plates, mugs, cutlery etc.) were all great, but if we had to do some serious cooking we would've been in trouble as there was very little in terms of cookware (pots pans etc.).

the stay was pleasant, the breakfast ok, the room on the other hand a bit dirty and in front of it on the ground floor quite dirty. As a general image the hotel looks good, it has a relaxation space on the terrace and the area is safe. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and old, everything a bit old in the room, a bit dirty, the bathroom sink in the hallway. Too bad, because the hotel has potential for more. It is possible that we got the wrong room. The room was not worth the price paid.

The staff I encountered were amazing! They were friendly and respectful! Check in was swift and easy. The beautiful young lady, at the counter, had a calm and patient voice! I felt very welcomed! She was kind enough to get me a downstairs suite! (I am handicapped) She explained how to get to my suite and when breakfast was served. Upon check out time, another beautiful young lady greeted me. She too had such a soft and respectful voice. She had an unusual name! This young lady pursued me out of the office to give me a card. I had mistakenly given her my clipper card. I was truly grateful! The suite itself was very beautiful and clean!

I couldn't get the thermostat to push out heat. I did inform the front desk upon my departure!

We were given a room upgrade, which was a godsend. It meant we had two separate bedrooms and a living/kitchen area (instead of the one bed and sofabed area I'd booked). With two small kids straight off a long haul flight, this was brilliant. The place was quiet, clean, spacious. Good buffet breakfast. Exactly what we needed landing in America - to get ourselves organised and rested with enough space. The staff were friendly too. Great stay for what we needed at that time.

Given the number of parking spaces there, and the price of the room, would have expected free parking included.

Huge parking lot and comfortable for every kind of vehicle. The staff were friendly and helpful, but a few members barely speaks English (cleaning staff). Room service was every other day and sadly a pijama and a few personal towels was lost during the cleaning. The building has a washing machine and a drier and it's very comfortable to use.

One shower from the two was barely working, the water pressure was almost none-existent. The breakfast was the same on every other day and it became VERY boring after a few days. The bed was comfortable but the sheets is absolutely horrible for every European people. But it's just an US thing to get used to.

The only Hyatt House with no elevator! Took some on-the-spot effort to secure a groundfloor room - make sure to request ahead if you need that! Refrigerator icemaker never worked; room shade had a broken bracket. Not enough tables and chairs for very crowded continental breakfast (which was OK but not exceptional). Very fortunately the weather was pleasant enough to eat breakfast on a patio table outside. Nice sized swimming pool, but way too many leaves. Landscaping in courtyard nice but old and rough - needs updating and more color

I really appreciated that it was dog friendly. The location is really close to a main shopping center and there were parks near by for a really quick walk. It wasn't noisy and it felt really serene. The included breakfast was also a good bonus - it wasn't the BEST but it definitely is worth a try.

I wish the pool was bigger - whenever my family and I wanted to go in for a swim it was always packed. There are 3 stories buildings with no elevator; however, the staff are nice enough that if you have any disabilities they would accommodate you.

Breakfast was good quality. I appreciated the whole fruit rather than fruit salad. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was great for sleeping.

The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable. My family member had a terrible night's sleep. It was fine as a couch but the pullout was terrible.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and forthcoming with helpful information on what was offered and what to expect and if anything was needed they were there for us. Food was great! Loved the upgrade and the mini kitchen with dishes/ pots and pans etc. even though we didn’t need it , it’s good to know for our next trip.
