there was a fee for parking but because we have a handicap and have plaquard the fee was waived and very appreciated. very nice breakfast. amenities were very clean and staff very professional. we also appreciated that while checking in the phone rang but staff took care of us before answering putting present customer first.

The customer service was phenomenal. This is my 3rd time staying here. It is clean, comfortable and safe. The breakfast buffet in the morning is sooo good! The best part of staying there is the people that work there. They are so positive, helpful, kind and professional. I will only stay at this gotel when I need to stay anywhere Belmont. Excellent!

Not a thing.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had just had surgery and needed a quiet, peaceful, sanitary place to rest.

It’s not that I didn’t like it. It’s just I can never figure out why American hotels can’t provide the same quality of breakfast items as in all of Europe. Fresh baked bread. Nespresso machines. Fresh fruits. Healthy unsweetened yogurts, cheeses, eggs. American lodging is 25-30 more expensive in room rates

Location was suitable for our needs. Large room. Plenty of parking available.

It was very noisy as our room faced the front of the building. We were vey disappointed with breakfast - we were told it was served between 6.30 and 9.30. When we arrived at 9.20 there was nothing left - no hot food, no juice and very little else.

The room was great, comfy bed. Clean room and amenities. Great work by cleaning staff. Reception team friendly. Breakfast good.

they did give us the wrong room the first night (king bed) but switched us for the next 2 nights.

The property is awesome and it has fully comfortable rooms and good speed internet. we stayed 5 days and even did office work there too. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Parking is free and that’s most important thing to me to have multiple in/out. A lot of food and retail shops are located around this hotel and you never feel that you are isolated from all the easiest stuff. There will be Costco Gas station close to this property( 3.1 M) and will helpful to filling full in lower rate if your tank is empty. It’s located in central places to go all the attractions around the San Francisco.

It would be great if the breakfast could be organized and have some kind of change in daily basis. And plan out refills properly.

Super comfortable beds! Excellent location. Nice to have really hot water for tea in the lobby so we don't get coffee flavored water from the coffee maker in the room. My towels were changed out regularly at my request.

They ran out of oatmeal at breakfast for 3 days of my stay. The carpet in my room had been vacuumed regularly, but was dirty, so when we did yoga on the floor (on mats) it was a bit hard to breathe from the grubby carpets.
