Although I did have a need for them, knowing that there were handicap accessible options was great to see, as it's hard to find in hotels. The commodities given by the hotel and in their rooms was great, 24/7 service, and other services that they offered through other companies, etc; all seemed very helpful! There was also a great amount of privacy, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, my partner and i had a good night's rest, and the included breakfast was a great but simple touch!

Not a crazy big negative, but it's something to think about if you're staying here- it's right next to a busy road and train track, so there's bound to be some noise here and there. (The room was pretty quiet though, it kept alot of noise out so not that bad!) And the biggest con I saw was the parking lot, there definitely are alot of spaces but because its next to a Stacks, getting in and/or out of there in the morning might be tricky. Otherwise nothing too crazy or horrible!

The location is very convenient. The housekeeping and service was consistently good and prompt. Very nice view from the big rooms and a pool too with hill view. Microwave and fridge are useful especially if you had a long stay of over a week. Courteous staff always had a smile and up for suggestions or a chat.

The breakfast could have some vegan protein options like baked beans or mushrooms. And a kettle in the room would be handy.

Room was very nice and quiet and comfortable, but had tiny ants and a couple gnats in the bathroom area and a small spider crawling near the desk on the wall. I didn’t like the bugs.

I appreciated the kindness of the lady who was closing down breakfast service and still went to find sausages that I requested. A fair selection of hot and cold items. I liked that water bottle available as I returned from full day out. And front desk was attentive. Also housekeeping found me additional teas when I asked. Thus Service was their best feature.

Rooms a little run down and location a little hard to get to from moon bay.

Breakfast and selection was very good. Heated part was refreshed frequently and staff was available to help as necessary

Shower should have grab rail(s) for safety.

It was just ok. Eggs were better than Hampton inn. Sausage and bacon were good

waffle batter was to watered down and bagels were not very fresh. They were hard

Location was fine.. Chief Amazement Officer Bharat Patel was outstanding, first room had some issues and he switched us to another room. all our questions were answered, we would stay again in the possible near future.

I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast: so many choices, and thoughtfully assembled. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Always clean. The swimming pool was clean. Some of the other facilities did not maintain the pool.

Cracked tiles in the walkway could be a safety hazard.
