Location was extremely convenient. It is a quick drive on El Camino to Meno Park and Palo Alto. The Whole Foods next door is great. There are a variety of restaurants near. I loved how clean the room is. Clean micro/ refrigerator. Attractive plants and courtyard with greenery. The facility is extremely well maintained.

My only problem was noise from other rooms. On Saturday night the room above me had people talking loudly way par 1am. On my return visit, the people near had the t.v. on loud til 1-2am. (I realize this is not motel’s fault)

There was no breakfast really....not atleast along the lines of what is meant / understood as a hotel breakfast. There is the Stanford Station just a 2min walk away and there is a Starbuck's / Noah's Bagels from where you can grab breakfast. If you are a late riser then you have the Whole Foods right next door from where you can grab ready to eat cooked food. For the price, and location (Bay Area is expensive) and this is a well-located well-furnished motel / hotel (please dont expect 3-star comfort), 5 mins brisk walk (yes!), and a ~10 min leisurely walk to the Redwood Caltrain station. Lots of coffee options, and restaurant options closeby. If you like to walk, then behind the hotel is a good middle-class neighbourhood which gently ambles into the hills.

Nothing really. My expectations were not v high, and perhaps that helped.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The Queen room was very large; plenty of room for two people. I think the sofa was a pull out bed, but we didn't need it.

Breakfast was simple: Yoplait yogurt, white bread for toast, jam and butter, Keurig coffee (medium roast or decaf). Location was close to restaurants and markets, but it's a noisy street - right on El Camino Real - so road traffic and train noise.

Cute hotel! Comfortable, clean room and linens. Staff is exceptional and super helpful! The little garden area is very nice with tables and chairs. They offer a light breakfast of granola bars, yogurt, juice. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town!

If I had to complain about anything, it would be the firm pillows. Would prefer a soft option but not a deal breaker.

Everything was good except for the experience with booking.com when I had to make an adjustment on the schedule you guys weren't there for me when I called on the phone nobody answered just a big run around I'll never use booking.com again

Calling booking.com did not like that at all there was no way to talk to somebody no way to get any help because you're useless I will not be using you again

I arrived very late and was greeted very pleasantly after waking up the gentleman and given a clean comfortable room. I found the ice machine on the way to my room which was exactly what I wanted. The bed was comfy and the linens clean and crisp. It is located in a perfect part of town next to a Whole Foods and across the street from a shopping center

Super clean, easy access, and just a wonderfully designed room! Obviously upgraded and is super cute and modern! Also, may seem not super important but the provided shower soaps etc. smell fantastic!! Love it here, friendly staff and excellent access to everywhere!

The bathroom is a little outdated and has the basics to stay for one evening if all you need is a place to stay. Receptions closes at 10:00pm (maybe earlier, I don't remember). But there is a number to call for late check-in if needed.

Great last minute stay... Was accommodating to a super late night check-in.. Room was very clean and spacious. Would stay there again and hopefully enjoy al the amenities there.

Open parking lot.. Seem location is off a busy street, would be nice if parking was a little more secure, but was well lite and didn't have any issues.

It was central yet the room was quiet. Situated in a courtyard at back with a garden where guests could sit. Red wood City downtown had plenty of shops. The history museum is well worth a visit. The train station is a 5 minute walk.
