The staff specifically Shiva were great. They ensured the accomodation was pleasant for the 2 weeks stay. We really felt at home.

The breakfast can be inproved. It can have some kid friendly items like eggs and boiled potatoes to reduce burden on parents in the morning. The cleaning of the rooms can be scheduled once 3-4 days for long time stays. The water force in toilet needs to be higher to flushout easily without the plunger help.

I did not like the Asian young woman who was the manager. I am a smoker and she threatened me multiple times to charge my room for smoking because I was smoking outside the door of my room and was never told that I couldn’t do that but she made me feel very threatened. I just didn’t like. She was just rude and had no people skills or good at communicating with her customers.

The room was completely clean, and nice and quiet. The sound of traffic/cars wasn't too bad, minus the occasional motorcycle speeding past. The staff was nice and friendly, but outside of checking in/checking out we didn't encounter them much. Wifi was good, and they did offer breakfast but we didn't have time to go.

There were no elevators from what I could see, so if you can't climb stairs you'll need to request a room on the first floor.

Location was great and I appreciated the free parking. Overall was clean and comfortable for a good budget hotel!

It can get loud at night from the proximity to the freeway and the other guests - definitely need earplugs!

You have amenities to make your own breakfast, dinner etc and it felt like staying at home rather then hotel.

Some amenities were had some small issues like Microwave door was not shutting properly. They would have fixed it but since I had no use of microwave so I was also not bothered by it.

It was very comfortable also accommodating, bigger than I expected. We cooked & they provided us with utensils.

A very little to dislike & nothing major. The tv didn’t have much options, the Wi-Fi couldn’t connect

it is right on the freeway so pretty noisy. We appreciated they gave us a room towards the back of the property to minimize the freeway noise but we had a very heavy, restless guest directly upstairs. I’m surprised these days there is not better air gap and insulation between floors and adjacent rooms. Next time we’ll try an upstairs room

It’s very nice to stay here, close to downtown and grocery store. You can cook here but need to ask for kitchenwares also cups and coffee maker

The bathtub is not working, we can’t plug bathtub drain

Room was spacious and clean, staff was super friendly. Easy check in and and check out.

Construction vehicles taking up multiple parking spots, we couldn’t find parking late at night but eventually did.

We were in a room right next to the freeway, and the door’s weatherstripping was not installed correctly, so let in a lot of noise. Also the shower curtain rod was mis-installed, so the shower curtain could not effectively keep water in the shower. we used extra towels to keep the water in check.
