The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had sufficient towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The breakfast was decent and had many options. The room had a refrigerator , microwave, coffee machine and smart tv which is great when traveling with kids.

Location. There wasn’t a lot of restaurants or shopping within walking distance. Overall I felt safe and the noise level was fine despite being in a busy street.

Nice, clean and good location. Staff is really awesome, always prompt to help. I've arrived too early (11AM) for check-in after a 16hs flight and the receptionist was so helpful working with cleaning lady to provide me a room in just a few minutes! Breakfast is as good as many other expensive hotels I've been before.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay! The two staff at the front desk, Shay and RJ, are especially helpful. My travel plans changed and had to check out a few days early. They were so nice and helpful for figuring out the best low-cost way for me to make this change. It helped me save money too. Overall the hotel environment is pleasant. I would recommend.

Location was great. Husband was at El Camino Hospital and my sister and I spent two weekends at the hotel. Was able to get the same quiet room and it was super convenient to have breakfast available when we were. Staff was pleasant.

Friendly employees and it felt welcome.

I can’t think of anything negative, but maybe if you can find out if the brand for the pancakes is abad quality that it felt like it was chewy or maybe is the machine that mixed the ingredients.

The location for our purpose was great! The hotel is very clean. The front desk employees were super nice. The beds are comfortable and the room is wide enough.

The location, the staff was warm and friendly. It was easy to get snacks and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping was awesome.

It was a little noisy, but not bad. Like hearing the people above us.

The breakfast was yummy and perfect to start the day. The staff was attentive and kind. The hotel is fairly close to El Camino Hospital and was a good price for the cleanliness and hospitality.

One of the 3 nights, I had a noisy neighbor that woke me up. Thankfully they were gone the next night. Of course, this was not the fault of the hotel.

I feel comfortable and safe there. The staff is so friendly and the breakfast was better than ever.

The heater squealed during the next night and woke me multiple times.

The hotel and room were perfect for our needs, two one night stays one after a late arrival at SF airport and one before our early departure the next day. The room was clean and quiet. The large bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful.
