I love ❤️ the location,ambiance, cleanliness, Fanstastic that the washers and dryers are free. and most especially the people were so nice and professionals, ♥️ (staff) from the manager Wendy Lopez, Sarah, Emily and special mention to Martha who makes great breakfast everyday( Speedy Gonzales).We will be back to stay at this place over and over again..

CARPETS IN BOTH THE ELEVATORS NEEDS TO BE REPACED..SO WORN OUT AND SMELLY AT TIMES..

Clean room with full kitchen very nice

I did not like they advertise free breakfast and that is not true. They have cold only and their excuse is there is not enough people. Here is a suggestion have preorders for people then there wont be waste and people will appreciate having a hot breakfast.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Having a breakfast included was convenient. I felt like the hotel was in a safe location. It was easy access to a freeway. The front desk staff were extremely friendly.

A tiny bit dated, but overall, a very good value for having a suite with a kitchenette. Would definitely stay there again.

Mohit Sharma was a wonderful person to connect with. He greatly helped with various small and big things and even was very supportive and great support when I was unwell. A big thanku Mohit!

Breakfast was good but became a bit monotonous after few days. May be more vegetarian options would help further.

There were many selections of breakfast, Bread, muffin, steamed rice, serials, boiled eggs, fruits, juice and milk, The menu mainly included carbohydrates. We'd like to have instant soup, cheese or some vegetables or vegetable juice. Anyway, considering price, very good hotel.

Clean room, good price, and friendly staff. All listed amenities were as expected. Overall a pleasant stay, and great value, I have had much worse for a similar price in this area. Rooms have a mini kitchen, which is great for longer stays. I will stay here again if I come back to the area.

Nothing, good experience

Breakfast was very modest, very few things to eat.

The girl at the front desk did not want to borrow me scissors, she said I could harm myself with it and it would be her fault. It makes no sense to me. They also claim to have CD player in each room, well, they do not. In any room.

The accommodation that I requested to be put on the first floor and they were able to do that and i was able to do a late check out w no additional cost at 12pm. The complimentary breakfast w bagels and coffee and juice.

Bathroom floor had a huge chunk of women's hair on it. Wasn't properly and throughly cleaned. But everything else was fine.

Room good for working. Bed was comfortable and seems some what new. Breakfast was simple and quick. The front desk staff were great and very friendly.

No Vending/ice on each floor :(
