Budget friendly.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I had to clean it myself. They made the bed and stocked the towels and soap but that’s about it. It wasn’t a good clean. Kitchen utensils/toaster that stuff you had to ask front desk for. Large refrigerator was nice to have. Bed wasn’t bad. I slept good.

The staff was accommodating to give us a room on the first floor. The area was really really good. No riff Raff hanging around. Felt safe. Like the kitchenette.

Floors are a little bit dirty, could use a good mopping. And the breakfast bar is a little bit lacking. But other than that, good stay

I felt safe, an felt that my room was really clean, made me feel comfortable. I brought my own blankets an things an was greatful for the very clean safe room especially the location of my room was perfect for a solo traveler😁

Not enough sunlight however it was a safe place to sleep at night an very quiet. I was able to get the adequate sleep I needed and the amount of lighting was perfect!!

Staff was nice,the area outside of ESA was full of redwood trees felt like being a forest was nice.

The floors in my room weren't very clean there was crumbs and sticky stuff in some areas, tuned my boyfriend white socks black on bottom, other than that it was ok,also when we sat on the edge of bed together the whole other end tip upwards we thought it was funny... I think they should replace all the beds with something more solid.

My room shower walls could’ve been cleaned a lot better. On the heater dial on the wall there was a Band-Aid room 321😞😳. Also, my bed kept lifting at the head of the bed when I sat at the foot of my bed.🤯

This lodging establishment was a perfect fit for us. My husband commutes to work every day from the valley to the Bay Area daily, so the place was perfect for him to take a break in the middle of the week. Look them up to see what amenities they offer. Highly recommend them especially for commuters. They are pet friendly and have a grab n go breakfast.

It was super close walking distance to the light rail transportation so we were able to use it to go to the Levi’s stadium.

There are no gas stations walking distance. We didn’t have a car so we had to do Uber eats so they can bring us snacks and drinks. It would have been nice to be able to walk somewhere to get food.

Room decent and came with a little kitchen. Parking available. Convenient for the tram if heading to the 49ers (or the theme park next door, I'd guess).

Nothing, particularly. Would probably stay again if I was in town. Only thing I'd have loved would have been a kettle, but how many tea drinkers do you get in America? Not many.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the big plus was the recliner in the room :) The grounds were well kept and the front desk personnel were friendly. It was a short drive to Levi Stadium.

The room had a distinct odor, kind of a musty smell. The door needs to be realigned. My wife could not open the door, and I had to put my shoulder into it to get it open. The mold in the grout lines in the shower/tub area could be eliminated. Cosmetically the laminated build-in's needs repair at the kitchenette sink and bathroom.

Dad dried bushes out front. When going in and out from my car, not very appealing and they were very scratchy against clothing and skin.
