even though i was there only for 1 night the location was perfect because i had to go for a soccer game, i didnt have to pay extra at the game so paying for parking at the hotel turned out better. Just leave the hotel and 7 minute walk to the game. the staff was amazing i was tired from driving 7 hours drive and i was able to get a room earlier than i my check in time which was perfect i got to get a power nap before the event. so thank you so much. as for the room omg.. it was sooooo comfortable for me it wasnt firm but it wasnt soft was perfect pillow was nice and soft for all of us 4 enough space , i had a litte fridge for my drinks, we had view of the pool side wish i had brought in my bathing suit wanted to get in to that water. if you need food to microwave there isnt one in the room but is right next to the ice machine at least we have one and im grateful for that didnt get to use the other amenities but from what i saw in the pics looks good. oh yes this is is good for those who likes to drink and relax lobby has all of that a place to chill and the bar is pretty big to as well. overall it was worth it, a little over my budget but happy i got the chance to stay here.

didn't like the 40.00 parking i feel it should be no charges or at least 10.00 so be expecting to pay 40.00 or 30.00 ask because i think it depends on the any event is happening in the hotel or at the stadium which is across the street

Perfect if you are seeing a concert or game at Levi Stadium. It is closer than some of the parking lots for Levi Stadium. And the hotel was nicer than expected. I felt like I was staying somewhere more expensive than it was. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, and yes it was overpriced, but the food and service was great.

The only negative was that the planes fly right over the hotel. So around 6 am, the loud noise starts.

Very friendly service and clean, spacious rooms. The staff for the hotel and restaurants were all very gracious and helpful.

The restaurant quality was good but not great and they didn't offer everything on their printed menu. The website menu was completely out of date and we had partly chosen this location on some of those menu items being available for our daughter. Prices were high vs quality. Also, the advertised market in the lobby was only open occasionally and the hotel staff couldn't predict the market hours except to say when they opened each morning. Other than that, one never knew when it would be open or closed. This was inconvenient to say the least.

The staff was wonderful

The bathroom door had a latch issue. Parking was annoying. The breakfast was supposed to be included in the Bell however there was some miscommunication between the restaurant and the front desk. Everything was cleared up, however It kept saying I had to pay $40 every time. I left the location even though the $20 fee was attached to each day. I just had to press the help button and then it would allow me out of that. It’s a wonderful facility.

Bed was confortable room was complete with everything we needed spacious enough. The location was amazing for us to get to the stadium on foot which was important because we wanted to have drinks. All staff were friendly!

Food and beverage weren’t high quality. Cocktail was sweet and lacking alcohol anf served in a plastic cup. Food menu items were a little underwhelming and bar cocktails were just not appealing. A simple chips and quac would have sufficed.

That wasn’t told ahead of time that the pool was under construction and not told ahead of booking room that parking is $40. Per day also when checking in the first time she was friendly and asked if I would want my room cleaned I said yes and she said okay we will text you when your room is ready got text someone else helped me check on I was told there would be no room cleaning since your here only two days but then we have a house keeper wake us up to clean room miss communication at desk ?

We have stayed here several times and are always impressed. We love the staff, pool and location. The rooms are modern and spacious fit the three of us and the beds are very comfortable

The good is great but not value for money. They allow delivery services or your bringing in your own food which is great. The bar closes at 9:30 which was a shock 😀

From the moment we were greeted by Tommy, the most welcoming, professional and warm front check-in rep, to the breakfast meal close to checkout time, we stood in awe of the above and beyond service and kindness. Nadia and George made sure to speak to us and inquire of our stay during breakfast. It's not something ppl do in NorCal. They also sang the birthday song to my daughter quite heartily and the gesture was just so genuine and warm and thoughtful and just joyous, she's told me she will never forget how strangers sang to her on the day she turned 6. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for creating the most wondrous memories for my family. It was unexpected! And we will never forget. We spoke to Molthua (?), a hotel manager upon checkout, and he extended the same kindness and generosity, as well. Whatever your leadership skills and culture is, please continue to thrive and spread. You are doing fantastic. I hope your level of customer service affects everyone for miles around!

The mattresses could be of better quality!

Closeness to Levi Stadium. Very kind and helpful front desk staff. Glad to see that the coffee shop is open very late. Extremely helpful when traveling with children.

The room was outdated and worn. The beds (mattress) and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Had to drive home 6 hours with back aches. That's the most disappointing feature. My grandson who is 17 kept complaining about the pillows.

Clean, comfortable stay. Great location for Levi's Stadium. Just 15 minutes away from Shoreline Amphitheater. Evolution restaurant breakfast was pricy but tasty.

Self-parking was expensive ($40 per day) and space was very limited.
