Immaculate room and facilities. Accommodated early checking and breezy checkout.

No halal meals at the in-house restaurant. Expensive breakfast buffet (USD 30). Parking was an additional cost per night (USD20). No option to suggest saving on daily changes of bath linens. Sauna and steam facilities would have been a nice addition. The room phone didn't have numbers for reception, restaurant or laundry service.

Hyatt always seems to deliver with professional, welcoming, reception staff, beautiful, modern, updated, clean, open concept, high ceiling reception areas, large mini-suite rooms, clean pools, gyms, and eating areas. Hyatt corporation, please buy out an old hotel next to Santa Clara University and refurbish it for SCU families! We love Hyatts!

The only thing we really did not like at this Hyatt was that the dirty towels, after cleaning every room, were left outside the rooms in the hall all day (1-5 pm) until someone finally picked them up. When we first arrived the day before, there were towels in a heap on the floor at the end of the hall. I have not seen that ever before in a hotel and we are world travelers, plus Hyatt members! We left a tip because our room was clean. But, the hall carpets need to be clean, hygienic, and welcoming as well.

Our first floor suite was large and very comfortable. The shower was a nice surprise with an overhead shower head as well as the one on the wall. The staff was very friendly. We loved the restaurant and bar staff as well as the selection of games on the tvs. We stayed here to see a 49ers game at Levi's. The hotel is about 2 miles from the stadium. We Ubered there and then walked back. The walk was about 45 minutes, which was probably what it would have taken in an Uber thanks to the post-game traffic. There isn't much around Levi's but there is a nice restaurant mall near the hotel with some great restaurants and a Whole Foods. This area is really corporate with large office buildings everywhere. It's really quiet and our hotel felt like a business travelers hotel.

The buffet on the weekends is the only option for breakfast. It was good, but we would have chosen other options had they been available.

No complimentary breakfast which was a minus, a male guest service checked us he wasn’t very hospitality not like the other female guest service when I heard her talking and helping the other guests she sounded more professional. We love the waterfall shower in the bathroom

They should offer complimentary breakfast and not charger $20 for parking. Seems like the room wasn’t clean we felt something biting us especially on the couch or bed and we would sneeze a lot when we take a shower like maybe small bathroom with a bad ventilation

We travelled with our 3 children. We have a nice room with a big sleep couch and a separate bedroom with 2 beds. Very spacious, clean, modern. The hotel has an amazing pool (perfect temperature) with a beautiful deck (nice sun lounger with comfortable matrasses, towels, etc). the jacuzzi worked (most of hotel they don't..)!!! They had a little market to buy snacks, salad, drink, even link for the baby :) Very nice stay

the fridge leaks when we switch it on because tray was not emptied before our arrival. The maintenance people came in 5min and fixed it so not a very big deal.

Was in Santa Clara to take the California bar exam and I chose Hyatt Centric because I saw that the hotel had a separate seating area from the bedroom. The separate room gave me a very functional work/study space while studying for my test. It was like a 10 minute drive to the convention center, probably faster depending on the traffic lights. The staff were very accommodating, especially Sally at the front desk who was very patient with all my questions. Overall had a good experience there.

Would have been better if they had a buffet style breakfast. No microwave in the room but there’s one in the lobby.

The location was easy and accessible to a lot. The hotel itself was very clean, including the bathroom on the first floor by the bar. Our room was very clean also.

There were flies in the ice machine on the first night; to their credit after I told them, a staff member was already cleaning the machine by the time I made it back up to my room from the lobby. One of the outlets didn't work in the room also.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was great. Room had a nice front room seating and it was clean..... Clean, clean.. Just what I wanted. Will return the next concert at shoreline.

Everything was lovely food was mediocre, except their restaurant. The extremely small portion and over priced. My 15 yr old granddaughter ordered a acai bow for $18.00 and it was 1 cup of food with 2 tbsp of yogurt. My food came warm and when I said something to the waitress her comment was " oh you want your food really hot?" Hmmmm $20.00 for warm food and there is only 2 tables with patrons. Yes please....

It was wonderful place to stay

The staff didn’t know what he was doing and gave us a key to somebody else’s room!!!!! So I walked in a a father and son!!!!!! I was traumatized!!!!! Never has this happened before and the manager blamed it on booking .com. So he didn’t take any kind of responsibility on me walking in on a family!!!!!! We didn’t get any kind of apology. They just blamed it on the company. Like booking .com gave us the same rooms!!!!! I was sooooooooo embarrassed and nauseous !!!!!

Bought some breakfast snacks from Marketplace but it would be so much more satisfying to be near Starbucks. Santa Clara is a sprawling sea of corporate campuses, though so the walkability of a dense city isn't expected.

It could have been communicated upfront that housekeeping happens once every third night. My welcome email asked me to arrange housekeeping with the front desk, but since my expectations were basic, and I didn't want to waste towels or toiletries, I let the default arrangement play out. The second day I was shocked to find my trash can hadn't been touched at all and so I went online to find out what the housekeeping baseline was, and that's where I saw it was once every three nights. I stayed 3 nights and never saw any housekeeping, but I squished down the trash in my bin and rationed the paper cups for my coffeemaker to make it work.
