I love the room. There’s so many good things to say about this location in this property and the staff. It was clean. The staff are wonderful. Their customer service is A+ from the shower to the bed. everything was great. I knew the breakfast was good from the previous reviews, but it really exceeded my expectations. It’s not like a continental breakfast it is like a full breakfast. The coffee was good. The food was good. A juice was good. It’s not cheap stuff for oatmeal. They had 10 different toppings. They really go all out for the food and it was packed with people. We were able to find us a table at one point we took it back to our room. That just tells you how good the food is. Every single staff member said hi and was polite and courteous and welcoming. That’s a big deal to me. They would go shopping for us if we needed at no extra charge I love the kitchen. It was like a little studio apartment. I didn’t want to leave and come home. If someone asked me to recommend a place in that area, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well, it makes me sad to say but the air conditioner really would not get really cold. It stayed at 76 even though we had it at 64 or it was set at 64. I didn’t call and complain because I just dealt with the 76 but I’m in menopause and I’m more hot than others. I wish there was a hot tub. I wish the pool was bigger.

We chose the two bedroom two bath option. It was a good size room and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was ok and they included a few items outside of your normal breakfast such as tikka masala, rice, kimchi. Breakfast was included for all of the rooms. We went during a heat wave and the rooms had a strong ac, which was good.

I didnt like that it had a $17 parking fee. I also didnt like that the carpet was filthy as my kids who walked around barefooted were left with very dirty feet. Seems like they dont vacuum. I also didnt like that the location was right next to the freeway and we heard cars all night. Additionally, there was a light located at the top of the ceiling that blinked every minute, which made it difficult to sleep soundly. I also didnt like that the pool seemed unkept. I think they need to do a better job managing some of the housekeeping details of the place. Perhaps they are short staffed.

Did not like the extra fee for parking. Would expect that would be included with the room.

We booked the penthouse for a week and my family could stay together comfortablely. It is clean and modern looking, better than the photos shown on booking website. The breakfast buffet selection is good.

The bathroom on level 2 is small and a tied squeeze getting in and out. It will be good if the breakfast buffet end time could be at 10am instead of 9 or 9.30am. Holiday seasons alot of travellers and the dinning area is crowded with insufficient seatings.

The suites are very spacious! Breakfast was great – honestly one of the better ones I've had. It even included rice, kimchi, and packets of miso soup which was a great surprise. On Friday morning, there was scrambled eggs and bacon. On Saturday morning there were croissant sandwiches, sausage patties, and mixed veggies. Lots of options whether you're a carnivore or vegetarian. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and had everything you could possibly want: large bathroom, kitchen with microwave, full fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher. There appeared to be about four suites per building which means that there are less chances of having a noisy neighbor. I asked for a quiet room and they accommodated this request. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit further away from restaurants and shops. You can see them on the other side of the 101, but there isn't an easy way to get over there such as crossing a bridge. On the plus side, this probably makes the area a bit quieter and safer.

Suite was fine. There was plenty of hot water. Kitchen in room was great. Hotel breakfast buffet exceeded expectations.

Narrow staircase to second floor room is as inconvenient for guests with suitcases as it must be for staff moving stuff to the room - makes you appreciate the traditional motel design. Suite would be better if both beds were in rooms with doors for privacy and sound isolation (one bed was in open loft). The sofa sleeper was so-so as most of its kind are; one can wish for one that is as good as a regular bed.

Breakfast was great, plenty of food. However, there is just NOT enough seating room. NOT nearly enough.

Not much we didn't like. My husband is 80 and it's a little difficult for him to lug the luggage up the flight of stairs to the penthouse suite. We didn't ask for help but it seemed like there might not have been a lot of staff on this Thanksgiving weekend so we didn't ask. But a bell person would've been nice.

Comfortable bed, plenty of hot h20, wonderful water pressure, lots of space to spread out, good breakfast, great location, and nice kitchen area in the room

There were quality staff like Danny, and then there were the morning staff. Don't even know the ladies name, but she has terrible customer service. The room has debris under the sofa and ends tables. Could use a good thorough cleaning .

Stayed for 8 nights in 2 bed and had great experience. Rooms were clean and well Maintained. Breakfast is awesome with good varieties for everyone. Parking should be free since there is plenty of parking, there is no reason to charge

The rooms were clean. Provided with free wifi. The kitchen came in handy for us. Used the oven and cleaned dishes with dishwasher. Had extra blankets and pillows for pull out mattress in couch. Breakfast was good.

The sheets had a strong cleaning chemical smell to them. The $20 parking was a little silly.
