Very well located property.. The staff is very nice and attentive, always doing their best to accommodate our needs!! They let us have an early check-in and gave us a room downstairs, which made everything easier with our little baby.. A shout out to Fatima and Max, that were always checking in to see if everything was ok, if our room was clean and everything working!! There was an issue with a broken piece in the toilet but they promptly addressed it, making our stay as smooth as it could be :)

Cleanliness and size of the room.

The fact that there was no key and had to be let in makes me think of the privacy issue of staff being in your business and keeping track of any and everything going on. Not having access to my paid room and having to report to the office is not satisfying as a frequent hotel user. They say they have no keys for access but they have their key cards. Also the other motel 6 north locations has keys so I left south and went to north motel 6 and have no privacy issues at the north location.

Staff is great, Melissa in the office and Elsa head housekeeping are two great human beings. Very professional and do above and beyond to make your stay pleasant

Ice Machine has not worked in months and they don’t know when it is going to be fixed

The people that checkin my family member in was nice and specific and detail about everything.My sister pass away and we need rooms for family that was traveling out

Ice machine is broken and certain channels don’t work on the television, mattress could be better

Staff and housekeeper very nice, I arrived early my room was already cleaned so we were told we could check in early being after driving 6hrs weneeded to rest.

The toilet base was very low made it hard for my knees. No hand rails in shower or toilet area no shower mat, being I have disabilities or coffee maker. The fan in bathroom didn't work. But yes we would rebook again.

No breakfast but it’s next to a great breakfast restaurant. Small rooms but they are clean. Staff was pleasant.

Is comfortable to rest clean and well managed.

The reception guy it was little unfriendly at the moment of explain the policies of the motel. Not mean but talking to me like if I was his son listening to a father. But good over all

Pretty much exactly what I expected. It's a motel 6, wasn't expecting a whole lot.

Nothing really, just needed a place to stay for the night.
