Excellent location near downtown sunnyvale - 10-15 minute walk to downtown, restaurants, public transport, and an easy drive on to the highway. Staff are wonderful and customer friendly. They were gracious enough to extend our stay for one night at the same discounted rate as we had for the first night online reservation, as soon as we checked in. Cleaning services were prompt and thorough on a daily basis. Room had everything one could need, including good lighting, and was spacious, just a bit stuffy however because ceiling is low and window faces a wall.

Rooms are old and on the first night we discovered that TV was not operational. Wanted to call the front desk and get TV fixed but room phone was not working so could not make the call or watch TV that night or next morning. Next day walked to the front desk who reluctantly came over and TV was fixed. They said a technician will come to fix the phone but no one ever came. Next day there was no electricity or wifi available most of the day. Requested a discount due to the electricity and wifi issue that front desk declined. Breakfast is not being provided here.

It is an old motel which bathtub showed its age

Convenient, good place to stay for work with low budget, not a luxury place but meets the purpose of stay in an expensive area for construction work ;)

Didn’t do anything other than sleep then left in the morning. Location was good.

I don’t like the checkin process where you can’t get in the lobby but speak thru a glass window.

Closet shelf was really dirty just looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Walked by the housekeepers and caught them actually changing the linens. That made me very happy. Good to know they are cleaning properly.
