The staff was very friendly and helpful and I love the fact that I could check in a little early

They need to updated their linings to something soft and curtains. The curtains were so old. They had big holes in them. Screens on the Upper Floor Windows would be nice too. It's nice to open up the windows to get fresh air but it's not nice to have bugs fly into your room because there's no screen on the window. The breakfast room is very small for how big the hotel is and breakfast could have a little bit more variety to choose from besides bread and cereal and Waffles.

Great location for us. We were in Sunnyvale for a Celebration of Life. We chose the location central to the airport and Michael’s at the Golf Course. Went to dinner at DishDash and was thrilled. The bed at TownSuites was not as comfortable( and it was small) as other Marriott properties. We really appreciated the underground parking and elevator access,

Not enough towels. No hand towels. The refrigerator doors opened the wrong way.

The day I checked out, I forgot my Expensive Rebook Shoes, I call them immidiately, they said when they clean the room they will bring to ;us and report it. Please call us back tomorrow. I called next day they said it hasn't arrive, please give one more day. I called third day they said they couldn't find my shoes. Ether clenaing crew is????? or your system is not ?????? Every thing else was good

The room was very comfortable in had a lot of light. the kitchenette was wonderful and the room was very well equiped. I had everything within reach.

I couldn't open the window. I was charged $ 12 a day for parking. They wanted to charge $ 15 a day, but I showed them the email I got a few hours prior to my arrival about parking fee.

Excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a problem with the room and the Russian employee at the front desk (forgot her name) was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. It’d be nice to know ahead of time that we had to pay for parking but not a deal breaker.

Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Room was cleaned very well on an every other day schedule that I had requested. Location was great, close to shopping and my family. Place was very quiet.

Bathroom needed a few minor repairs. For some reason, the oatmeal was little more than water a couple of times.

I had small ROACHES in my room (319). Saw them in the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink --- did not see them anywhere else. I notified the front desk they were very apologetic, but that was about it

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was convenient to the elevator and the breakfast dining room. Easy to check in. Good location.

No body wash soap in the shower. It was empty, and skimpy on the towels.

Super clean beds, freezing ac, forgot by shower essentials, and they provided them immediately.

I hate how long the line was for breakfast, only that long because of the amazing breakfast they have.

we had a wonderful stay. the only issue was we checked out before 11am after checking out they try changing me an extra day. 😔 I contacted the manager and they did refund me for the extra day.

I like everything about the property.
