Location, especially near Garcia’s taqueria,so so good! The hotel was clean, good access to handicap parking, elevator access, breakfast was mostly good, the potatoes were cold and hard so didn’t try the second day as there are other options, pool looked great although we didn’t have time to try it due to time constraints but we booked in hopes that we would. Close to Caltrain, which is huge for game days. Shower was great, they provide shampoo/body wash and a conditioner. They don’t (unless requested) provide daily housecleaning which isn’t a huge deal. Felt safe in the area, wasn’t worried about leaving my vehicle overnight in their parking area. They provide fridge , microwave and coffee in room! Bed is not pillow top, it’s more firm than I prefer, so that makes me less likely to stay again but some prefer that type so it’s a personal preference. Front desk ladies were friendly, helpful and always seemed genuine in my interest/interaction with them, which I appreciated! I would stay again and I would advise my peeps to stay.

The air conditioner was finicky, hard to regulate so it mostly just stayed turned on when it would be better if it worked with the weather… maybe it does but the weather has been so random lately

staff is the best best ever - they will help you with anything you need - beds are super comfortable - if u have any issues with room location they will change u - i only did bc i travel alone and want to feel safest so needed to be higher level - food great - a frugal or budget person person could literally not buy food the entire stay - they have a great am and pm buffet - again staff is fantastic - rooms have refrig and micro - i stay for weeks at a time and this is my choice again and again when i travel to this area several times a year

it would be good if beds in back to back rooms were a bit more insulated - for noise

The staff was exceptional from the front desk, to the housekeeper, to the breakfast staff. They were all friendly with smiles. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was your standard hotel fare but plenty of it. The coffee was good and never ran out. In the lobby there was ice water with fruit inclusions that was a nice refreshing break from regular bottled water.

The only downside was the parking. We arrived back at the hotel after a concert and there wasn't any parking spots. Now this is not all the hotels fault as some people took up more than one spot. A moving truck company used 5 spots-so I don't blame the hotel but an unfortunate side effect of property at a premium in Sunnyvale.

breakfast excellent - able to do a grab and go to have later as brunch. bed very comfortable. linen very comfortable and high end. staff was the best they would do anything needed. the best and they were concerned for my safety and well being

. note i am not the normal traveler at this hotel i stay for weeks at a time so some of the things that would affect a long term traveler are not pertinent to others. i would prob never notice normally. heating/cooling a bit loudand the thermostat kept turning to heat cool to get accurate but temperature outside allowed me to have off most of the time. i wish one more lamp in the room it was a bit dark for me - this was a slight annoyance and i would never notice if i wasnt a long term traveler

I stayed at this hotel for over a month. my mother has been very sick and was hospitalized during the time. the staff was so helpful and kind. they made me feel like one of the family. i had several conversations late at night returning after a stressful day. i enjoyed the breakfast every morning. its a full breakfast and i was able to make a to go breakfast daily to bring to my moms hospital room to eat during the hectic day when i sometimes forgot to eat. i had multiple amazon deliveries they were able to accommodate. i would stay again and have stays scheduled already. my family stays here and its a complete recommend.

Great value for money! The staff were helpful. We had a problem with our first room - keys didn’t work, then we got new ones, unpacked everything and then found the fridge wasn’t working. Had to repackage and move rooms. Could have been a big downer, but decided to make the most of it. Breakfast was fine but very repetitive if you stayed more Ryan one night.

I know they’re dog friendly, but didn’t appreciate that on two different occasions dogs were running round the pool! Also they have a lovely bbq, only problem is that they charge $20 per hour to use it!

everything completely meets my needs - in a very central location of sunnyvale/mtn view - you can get everywhere quickly. breakfast is full and has everything - staff is friendly and helpful - they will go beyond u only need to ask. they can easily accommodate. there is an evening appetizer buffet too also tea and coffee all day. this hotel has it all. excellent for long term travel - i could easily stay here for several months if needed

wish one more light in room but if i had asked they would have accommodated so i should have asked this is my fault

The hotel offers a comfortable stay in Silicon Valley. The pool and the whirlpool are great for relaxing. The hotel is providing parking. The plants on the hotel's territory are nice and look well-maintained.

The hotel carpet floors are showing signs of age and look very unhygienic. In my room, it was not possible to open the window and ventilate. Breakfast is not offering too many healthy options, like fresh vegetables or fruits.

Very nice hotel with large, comfortable room and bathroom. Room included a fridge, ironing board + iron and even an umbrella. Breakfast was plenty for early mornings and as added bonus there were also snacks served later in the day. Supermarket (Safeway) at about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. For sustainability reasons the rooms were only cleaned upon request which I liked, but then forgot to ask for at reception later :')

My one point of critique was that wifi was a bit slow at times, probably because a lot of people were using it at the same time in the morning. The on-site gym was perhaps a bit small, but still big enough for me - as I was able to do other workouts while someone else was hogging the one available treadmill.

Coffee in china mugs and proper china plates and proper knives and forks instead of plastic. Enough staff to keep the breakfast area clean and tidy. Breakfast hours 6 - 10 all week. Plenty of washing machines for laundry have stayed in Palo Alto in the past but this was far more affordable when staying to get a flight from SF airport
