Shower curtain didn’t contain all the water from the high pressure shower, leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor. Can hear the road noise if you are on side nearest El Camino, but the fan provides good white noise to drown it out.

Front Desk Staff was very pleasant and able to combine the reservations,for our 3 night, 2 room stay. We would be happy to return to this location anytime we are in this neighborhood again...Great Thai Food , within walking distance!!! So in closing, we would recommend this Best Western..no question about it. Thank You To The Staff !! Peace Always/// Smile Best Regards gb

No common area to meet visitors and conduct business. Breakfast area was great but closed most of the day. Another thing is that I was told not housekeeping because of short stay which was great for me as I was suffering from jetlag. But housekeeping attempted to enter my room anyway.

Breakfast was ok, eggs looked like confetti, it was nice to have almond milk, maybe should have gluten free options for bread….. That coffee machine was awesome!

The floor was a bit dirty, and the neighbors were smoking pot…..(I know it’s legal!) but if I had a non-smoking room and the neighbors are smoking, is it really a non smoking room when you can smell it?????

Breakfast-yogurt from the dispenser was delicious! Cappuccino machine, waffles, eggs and sausages. Bed was comfortable, not too firm but not soft either…just right. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of food options within walking distance and a Starbucks. Clean well lit property.

Would have preferred bacon or ham…. Parking lot was pretty full, got a better spot 2nd night.

This hotel really did hit the sweet spot. Beautifully remodeled and clean, it was an oasis when we needed to spend an unexpected night near the Kaiser Permanente hospital. The front desk staff kitted us out and gave us a comfortable room. The beds were just right, pillows plentiful, the wifi swift and streamy, fridge, microwave and all other amenities waiting for us. I checked out a beautiful pool but without swim trunks decided to give it a pass. While it seemed to fill with other guests, we could not hear them settle in. There was a Lucky's grocery store, Big Lots and many restaurants within a few hundred feet. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, with the fanciest coffee machine I've ever seen, groaning and whirring while it mixed my brew. I stood there in awe and anticipation. Thanks to this place, my hats off to team Best Western for a grand remake!

Rooms nice, staff great, breakfast good.

My room was in between people who were friends or related and were visiting back and forth, in and out of doors and loud. And they ordered a pizza but gave wrong room number so delivery was knocking my door after 11pm.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, and the gym. The location is nice as it's right across a supermarket. Loved that the room had all the essentials: mini fridge, microwave, blowdryer, and even an iron hamper.

I wish the rooms were more soundproof. At night, I can easily hear people's footsteps walking outside our room or people talking. It made me concerned if they could also hear inside of our room if we were talking.

The enthusiasm of the front desk Host was infectious. We had a lively discussion and while doing so, I was able to glean interesting information of the local community.

I found the entire stay to be pleasant except for the woman at the buffet breakfast who thought a speaker phone conversation was acceptable in our shared space. Luckily the attendant was able to correct her lack of etiquette.

The breakfast was better than I expected. A quick bite to eat and I was out the door. Excellent location for the purpose of my visit. The room had everything I needed plus a little more more.
