Checkin and Checkout was super fast. They use kiosk and the digital? staffs are always there. If you need anything(like towels, or anything else) you can just go to near main desk and find shelf. There's a self bar you can pick up whatever you needed.

My deposit hadn't came back until I called them. The card company told me the hotel hasn't released it but the hotel said they already did it but it just needs more time. Anyway I got my deposit back 2-3weeks after I checked out. The attitude of staff was suck though. I called them because of it and the indian staff was rambling with his Indian accent. And all of sudden he hung up the phone out of the blue I called them again right away but they didn't pick up the phone(lol) after few hours later, he picked up the phone and I asked them why you hung up, he was being mad at me and yelling. That was very uncomfortable

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property is an older hotel but had been re-done nicely. It was clean.

The staff were very loud to each other out side passing by my door all day doing their housekeeping duties and yelled to each other sometimes. I work night shift and couldn’t sleep so after that stay, I didn’t go back again.

What an unexpected bargain - we got a very stylish recently-updated King room (207) with enough nice wood floor space for yoga for two, a huge new flat screen with broadcast TV and streaming apps, a chair and metal table (too bad it was wobbly), the best rain shower spout ever that gave a great massage when turned up to full force, a fairly large mini-fridge that we could keep a full-size pie for a party the next day, refillable toiletries, liked sink outside toilet/shower (but faucet fixture was loose and leaky), Rahul at the front desk really helpful and cheerful about it. There were recycling bins located at the outside corridor. The landscaping on the grounds was very pretty. We'll certainly come back here when in the area :-)

Wish the small table weren't wobbly, the sink faucet fixture were not loose and leaking and the bed mattress were less squishy; we would have preferred firmer.

I liked that it was close to Stadium was a 12 minute uber ride away. It was clean and quiet. I did appreciate the water pressure being high 👌 My only complaint is bed was ultra squeaky and loud. If you move around it makes loud noises.

No staff? We had a virtual check in. Ice machine was broken.

The room was super clean and exactly how it looked like in the photos. Everything looked brand new and/or renovated and very modern room.

We arrived at 9pm and it seemed there was no one to check us in. After calling a phone number on the wall they let us into the lobby and then someone checked us in virtually through what seemed to be a zoom call/facetime.

You could tell the property was older, but has been updated on the inside. totally new bathroom. Shower was amazing! New lights. The room had a refrigerator. No Problem Parking ( no fee ) on site. Television had amazon prime activated.

Television had no local channels, only amazon prime.

everything was great, the bed was massive and comfortable, the area was nice, close to Winchester house and a mall, as well as some other spots.

I didn’t like how it wasn’t mentioned beforehand, that we would have to pay 100 deposit. we had already did the math regarding how much we would spend including the places so what would have happened if we didn’t have the money? they wouldn’t let us in? we almost didn’t have it so that bugs me that it wasn’t mentioned, and if it was, I assume we didn’t see it, but if it was mentioned maybe make it stand out more so people know. also the way they had the rn plugged in, we couldn’t watch tv without the light being on.

The room was nicely updated. Great space. Bed was comfy. The shower needed an updated with the handle being loose but other than that it was very nice and spacious! plus bonus points for the fridge and microwave.

Office staff was extremely friendly, instant comfort when we walked in. The room was super nice. Bed is low to the floor and super comfortable. Loved loved it. The shower is a bit eh because the bathrooms are small. Vanity is out in the room instead of in bathroom. But that was literally the only weird thing about it!

Clean, comfortable bed, big screen TV, water pressure in shower was excellent! Had refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave!!! I checked in very late, called number on office door. I was directed inside to office to use a virtual check in with real person. Fast and easy service. Towels are soft, 2 water bottles and Donut brand Keurig coffee pods available. Excellent value and location worked for me.
