I liked the cleanliness of the room and the upkeep during our stay. We asked for more towels to the room at some point and those were brought to us right away. The friendliness of the housekeepers. Front desk staff was also nice.

I didn't like the pool towels ran out and I went into front desk and asked for more, she told me housekeeping would take out and they never did. My kids walked back to the room dripping wet. The breakfast was good but at least maybe every other day change up the hot breakfast. Maybe not that big of a deal if you stay one night but we were there four so it was repetitive.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking right by you room (if you have a room downstairs). The property is well taken care of.

The hot breakfast could do some changes. Every day same omelette with singles American cheese is not such a great option, i have witnessed half of the people scratching it off. What about Lactose intolerant people?

The hotel is amazing. It is really easily accessible from San Jose international airport around 15 mins by taxi. Centrally located. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast is really good. Overall 5/5 for the staff and services. A must stay hotel with best value for money.

The wifi in some rooms are not really accessible. I have to change my room to be near to WiFi router as I have to work and attend meetings. But the staff really made sure everything is fine. They happily changed my room the same day when I asked for without any additional fuss.

Set in a safe easily accessible area, the hotel has ample parking, the staff are great, and the daily housekeeping does a great job. They have hot breakfast served everyday and wifi works perfectly. I wish this level of cleanliness and safety in a motel could percolate through the other GW motels.

Location was convenient to our grandchildren. The breakfast was pretty good. Liked that fresh fruit was available. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.

Would have liked more egg variety and better potatoes at breakfast. Some of the towels were a bit dingy, and should be replaced.

Gosh what a great place, from the great welcome from David at reception to the friendly cleaning staff. I couldn't fault anything. The room was in great condition, and very quiet. The pool area was amazing and spotless....and loved the breakfast. Plenty of food options nearby, and Target only 10min walk away.I'll be back next year !!

Front desk allowed an earlier check in for a small additional cost Our room was convenient for us to park our car in front of the room There were a lot of cafes and shops and eating options all within walking distance There was also a coin operated washing machine on the premise

This hotel was surprisingly nice. The rooms were spacious. They provided a small sofa seat, a desk and chair, TV, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable too! I would definitely stay in a Best Western Hotel again. Great price point.

This hotel did not provide as much amenities, which is not surprising due to it being a 2 star hotel. There was no hairdryer, and the bathroom products such as shampoo and conditioner were very small. The breakfast was okay, although I am grateful for any free continental breakfast.

-very nice room -the coice for breakfast was awesome -the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful -nice size pool -loved the upper deck patio area -in a good area -not to fare to get to the Levi's Stadium

-nothing othef then hard time figuring out the bus system, ended up taking Ubers

Free breakfast was amazing, my favorite part! Amazing waffles and sausage, the potatoes were really good too! Lots of selection to choose from.

The only bad thing was their was food in the fridge when we checked in. The beds looked done so I didn't want to complain too much.
