Location, facilities, staff(Kuljit Singh ji) was very nice, breakfast was very delicious, the overall ambience of the hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, kitchenette in the room with pots and pans was a big plus.

The view from the room I got was not good. It had a small window with a terrace outside. Since the hotel was fully booked so they did not change after the request.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to operate. Rooms came with kitchen amenities. The breakfast was varied and satisfying with someone cooking and serving the egg dishes. Airport just "next door" (although the Taxi driver charged me $20)

While many people will like the airiness and clean lines of the lobby, I prefer more cozy spaces. The couches in both the lobby and room are not meant for comfort! Latte machine was "temporally out of service". No cafes, coffee shops in walking distance.

Location close to the office, big bright room and good bathroom. Nice breakfast, pleasant cook and girls who serve. Didn’t use kitchen but probably is good to have for longer stay.

During checkin I explained not to hold amount but was said only 100$ security deposit will be charged. Instead they did whole amount plus around $500 of deposit which made me worry why card was declining (it was because I set limit to 150$!!! so only promised 100$ are charged). Anyway resolved somehow but this was not good to do different actions that were promised. Also nobody told me parking is not free - it costs 15$ per day and would be nice to mention to avoid checkout surprises. Room - air condition was too noisy and I cannot make it quite. So slept with ear plugs Breakfast - add more vegetables to choose

It's so nice , that I went to Texas and searched out an Element Hotel to stay in . If there's an Element in the cities I go to, I'm booking my stay there from now on :)

It's good , upper class people all around pay pal park. And it's office buildings around too, so there's not a place hoodlums want to hang out at . Haha

The entire staff was superb - from the front desk to the housekeeping to the help at the complimentary breakfast.

The room - 1. The shower has no “shelf” for a razor, face wash or towel, 2. There are doors to connect rooms - you can hear the entire conversation from the other room, 3. The couch does not face the tv, you must lay in your bed to watch tv. But, there is the office chair and the two counter chairs you could move to watch the tv, but the sofa would be the comfiest.

it’s not that we didn’t like it, but I suggest that they add shower mats in the showers as the water is so soft in San Jose that the soap takes a little extra time to wash away and this makes the shower floor very slippery. I also wished they heated the pool as relying on the weather to warm it doesn’t make it warm enough to enjoy.

Clean, minimalist design. Nice breakfast, good coffee. Pool is well maintained. Good beds. Large rooms. Blackout curtains.

Location is at the airport, so not very inspiring. Shower hasn't much pressure, but with the scarcity of water, this is ok. A light in the room was not working.

Super fun to watch the planes take off and land!

Shower pressure is poor. 4 guests checked in and only 3 towels. No conditioner just all in one shampoo - seems picky but this is a no go for my hair! Breakfast was kinda gross. Pancakes hard edges/rubbery, bagels stale.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast!

The bathroom light automatically turns on in the middle of the night when you enter the room. That was a bit of a bummer.

Overall experience is fantastic! Quasim was exceptional, helpful and knows how to handle a crowd/guests. Great service. Location. Facility. Amenities. Value. Friendly Staff.

Not dislike but I think the shower pressure could be a little stronger. Inform your guest of the keys to be used to access elevator.
