Location, facilities, staff(Kuljit Singh ji) was very nice, breakfast was very delicious, the overall ambience of the hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, kitchenette in the room with pots and pans was a big plus.

The view from the room I got was not good. It had a small window with a terrace outside. Since the hotel was fully booked so they did not change after the request.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to operate. Rooms came with kitchen amenities. The breakfast was varied and satisfying with someone cooking and serving the egg dishes. Airport just "next door" (although the Taxi driver charged me $20)

While many people will like the airiness and clean lines of the lobby, I prefer more cozy spaces. The couches in both the lobby and room are not meant for comfort! Latte machine was "temporally out of service". No cafes, coffee shops in walking distance.

The front desk staff was great & helpful. Specially Wissam.

The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Were told that they are done only every alternate day. Even after repeatedly asking for a daily cleaning it wasn’t done. Breakfast was very weak. You need to add variety especially over the weekend

Location close to the office, big bright room and good bathroom. Nice breakfast, pleasant cook and girls who serve. Didn’t use kitchen but probably is good to have for longer stay.

During checkin I explained not to hold amount but was said only 100$ security deposit will be charged. Instead they did whole amount plus around $500 of deposit which made me worry why card was declining (it was because I set limit to 150$!!! so only promised 100$ are charged). Anyway resolved somehow but this was not good to do different actions that were promised. Also nobody told me parking is not free - it costs 15$ per day and would be nice to mention to avoid checkout surprises. Room - air condition was too noisy and I cannot make it quite. So slept with ear plugs Breakfast - add more vegetables to choose

The stuff was super friendly, especially the young man at the front desk with glasses. The room was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. My twin daughters loved it, and were very sad to leave!! I look forward to our next stay in San Jose and would absolutely book here again!!!!

The beds are the best

You don't have mirrors in the bedroom. we missed it. And for the breakfast, as we stay many days, we would like to find cheese and ham...

It's so nice , that I went to Texas and searched out an Element Hotel to stay in . If there's an Element in the cities I go to, I'm booking my stay there from now on :)

It's good , upper class people all around pay pal park. And it's office buildings around too, so there's not a place hoodlums want to hang out at . Haha

Very welcoming staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable. From something as simple as providing slippers to asking if we needed anything for the night like toothbrushes or snacks. Everything was great!

Clean, minimalist design. Nice breakfast, good coffee. Pool is well maintained. Good beds. Large rooms. Blackout curtains.

Location is at the airport, so not very inspiring. Shower hasn't much pressure, but with the scarcity of water, this is ok. A light in the room was not working.

it’s not that we didn’t like it, but I suggest that they add shower mats in the showers as the water is so soft in San Jose that the soap takes a little extra time to wash away and this makes the shower floor very slippery. I also wished they heated the pool as relying on the weather to warm it doesn’t make it warm enough to enjoy.
