location was great, the room was clean and the beds / pillows were outstanding! SO COMFY!

the room has motion sensor lights which are a nuisance during the night...if you go to the bathroom, there is no way to stop the lights from turning on which annoys others sleeping. This should have a way to be controlled by the guest.

The friendly, helpful staff. The pool and small gym. It's convenient to have a Sonesta hotel so close to the Airport without airport noise.

No mini fridge in the rooms. This seems to be mostly due to their having a modest restaurant on site, but I couldn't eat their food because I have Gluten Intolerance (Celiac Disease). I'd love it if they either offered mini fridges so that people can store their gluten free food, or offered at least one gluten free option for dinner. Additionally, I was at the back of the building, right next to the freeway on-ramp, which progressively wore on me as my week went on. In the long term, I hope that the hotel puts up a sound wall to block the sounds of engines revving up and tires squealing.

The location and it has comfortable beds and pillows.

The shower tub had a water mark. I thought ok it might be old. But then my husband went to take a shower and the tub was not draining and then long hairs started to come out the drain. That’s why there were water marks the drain was plugged up. Then I went to take a shower and there were hairs all over the shower curtains that the cleaning crew didn’t clean off. This made my skin crawl which then made me skeptical of the cleanliness of this hotel. Hard to sleep after this. In the morning when I was about to leave I found more things to just want me to get out of there even faster. There were hairs in the pillow cases and lipstick on the some of the towels and more hair. So now I can say they over stuff the washers and dryer and how clean are the linens and towels questionable.

I like the ability to check in a little early since I had to be at a work function. I also appreciated some of the staff being super friendly. And while the staff were friendly, some were not, and those who were were very helpful and able to switch us out of our room into a much better room!

Some of the stuff was rude, and not very helpful. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke so that was unfortunate, but our second room was fantastic! So it must’ve just been the people who stayed before.

The location was excellent for proximity to the airport, yet the complimentary shuttle from and back to the airport was extremely helpful as we had a lot of luggage and my daughter is in a wheelchair. (The hotel is close to the airport on the map but walking requires a long roundabout route!) Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were wonderful.

Arriving in the evening, we had no nearby options for food: the few restaurants were closed and the closest convenience store was a twenty-minute walk away while it seemed the closest supermarket was clear on the other side of the airport. Breakfast was a simple mix of juice, coffee, cereal and muffins, not bad but less than memorable.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly & was able to give great directions to were we needed to go. I always around the bathroom floor corners to see if they have been cleaned & this bathroom floor was SPOTLESS. The shower was SPOTLESS! They were sparkling. The mattress & pillows were comfortable. My husband & I both had a good night's sleep.

Well, beggers can't be choosers when it's free but it was slim pickings when it came to breakfast. I thought with it being a nice hotel, it might have a nice hot breakfast. I thought wrong. Your choice was either a muffin, cold cereal, or a sausage egg biscuit heated in a microwave. I have stayed at cheaper hotels & had scramble eggs, waffles, sausage links, bacon, cereal (hot & cold).

The facilities were clean and close to the airport, which was great. Appreciate the shuttle service.

The shuttle driver came to pick us up at the airport in a timely manner around 9pm, but said his hand hurt and couldn't lift our suitcase into the back of the van. My husband had an accident while on our trip and could barely walk. We are both elderly, but I had to lift our suitcase into the shuttle with minimum help from the driver. I don't like to give negative reviews, but this was a big disappointment for us.

Everything about this place is why I will stay again. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Every person I encountered was smiling and ready to assist me with anything I needed. I've worked in customer service for over 22 years and this hotel has it going on which is why they have so many customer service awards I'm sure. My bed was soooo comfortable and I slept very well. Thanks to all of y'all for making an already special trip....perfect.

Great value for the quality of the room and overall facility as a whole. I did not expect the room to be so spacious! I would stay her 100 more times without a doubt. Very clean. I especially loved that I was able to sign on to Netflix and watch my favorite show while I wind down from the long drive. was met with a lovely fragrance when we walked into the lobby.

I bought a coffee in the a.m. from the breakfast counter and it costed me 11 dollars and some change. I felt that it was excessive

Location is great. It's only 2 bus stops away from the SJC international airport. A 1 minute walking distance from the Bus Stop (60), which I used to access the Stevens Creek Blvd, and other destinations. Staff are friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast is available for purchase and it's of good price and nice taste. Comfy , clean and quiet room

The only thing I didn't like is that they mentioned that coffee is complementary in the rooms, but they've only placed 1 coffee filter sachet during the first day, and another 1 sachet after 3 days of my stay and that was it for my 6 days stay. Also, although the room was clean enough, but the house keeping didn't enter my room for cleaning except once during my whole 6 days stay.
