Nice 2 rooms suite, with 2 bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are a little small, but nice. Good kitchen. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, but the garden around is very pleasant, with BBQ and places to sit and rest. The staff was wonderful.

Kitchen is not very well equipped in terms of pots and pans and there is a minimum of dishes,, but the staff provided us with another pan. There are homeless people all around the hotel.

The property itself was very nice and rooms are being upgraded. Apparently they are also pet friendly.

Homeless parked along front of facility. Also pavement was uneven, my 73 year old mother fell and landed on her hands. I called to let them know and they asked us to go to the office to file a report. Protocol is they should have came to our room, took pics and question her. I had to ask for copy of report and nobody followed up with her to give her status or check on her. General Manager was not there but refused to communicate with us or or even accommodate her. Advised then rooms were very nice but service/GM very disappointing. They refused to comp her for her stay. Her hands bruised up to her wrist and will be going to Urgent Care now that we are back home! After reporting issue they placed an orange cone by uneven area.

Great room! It was more like a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment than a hotel room. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Pull out sofa was comfortable. We were missing some bedding for the sofa and the front desk was super fast at getting it, even though it was after midnight.

Breakfast wasn't great and ended pretty early. Noisy guests in other rooms and no one seemed to control them. Barking dogs in one room and kids outside literally screaming in another.

The room was very comfortable and clean upon our arrival. The kitchenette was great and the fridge was very large. We were pleasantly surprised at the coziness of the room because it was near the area blocked for construction - but we heard very little noise when they were working so that was also a plus. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided 5 star customer service!

There was lots of construction and at times the parking was challenging due to the construction. The construction also stirred some bugs - so we did see a very large roach in our room the 2nd night and there were several (alive and dead) on the front entrance of our room, the following morning - near the area blocked off for the construction and construction vehicles. But all in all - once the construction is done and the upgrades finished - this will be a delightful property.

The spacious suite was well appointed and very clean. I was surprised by the size of the room that included a kitchenette and comfortable living room. I stayed over a weekend and although it was busy, it was quiet and restful. The staff was great, starting from check in to troubleshooting and eliminating a plumbing problem. The hot breakfast offered something for most everyone. Definitely an excellent value for the price.

Checking in was easy. Parking costs $5 per day, which we did not mind. The suite we were in was spacious and had 2 bathrooms which we appreciated. There were 3 TVs in total so we had no trouble fighting over what to watch. There were 2 desks that were helpful for some of us doing schoolwork/work. Plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets. Showers came with full bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner for us to use. Kitchen utensils were available as well. Breakfast was available, to go only, but was decent. Checking out was easy.

One of our smoke detectors had a low battery so we went to the desk to let them know. They told us that they didn't see it in their system and did not help us. The detector did not let some of my family sleep so we called again in the morning and they sent someone over right away to fix it. Also, the sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was yummy, location was perfect! Staff was great & accommodating. Our room we reserved with the 3 beds weren’t available so the staff asked if it was ok to switch our room to the room with 2 beds and he adjusted the room rate accordingly and gave us a free complimentary parking pass.

Kids tried to cook the complimentary popcorn and our microwave wasn’t working. The kids were pretty sad about that. Had to wait for staff to arrive/return when trying to check in for a good 5-15 minutes. Wished there was an elevator though being that we were on the 3rd floor lol

the continental breakfast was perfect nice variety. I came to 49er game at levi. it was a 12 min drive location was perfect near the hwy easy to get to. I was not coming in until 2am i called ahead to make sure my room was not given away and they accomodated me with no issues. Great vustomer service. Check out is at 11 which is noce most places are 10am. I will be staying here in the future. very quiet neighborhood, room is clean and roomy. we got a 2 bdrm and it was perfect. each room had its own bathroom. full kitchen.

the only downside was we had a bit of a hard time finding the entrance but that could also be the way google maps took us behind the property. Honestly there was no down side everything went smoothly.

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. Enjoyed the pool

Staff was in the room when I entered. After being told it was already clean. Staff knock on our door at 9am. When check out is 11am. Waking us up. Called in prior to request 1st floor do you a elder wheelchair person. Got to the hotel. Was told only 2nd n 3rd floor available. Because people who stayed decided to extend their stay. No accommodations. Made my 92 year old dad walk up that long flight of stairs.

Everything was so amazing. My husband and I needed a hotel to stay at, and an inconvenient incident had happened at the airport regarding our flight, and we desperately needed a room for that night ASAP. They were there to help us at the last minute. PRAISE GOD 🙏🙏😁🙏

There was nothing we were dissatisfied about. Everything was very pleasant. Rooms were very cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again. I also would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.
