Bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Spoke to the cleaning staff too, they were all very nice. We enjoyed the workout room and breakfast.

We heard every step the upstairs neighbors made. Any sort of walking or running in the hallway upstairs was heard also. We could hear the next door room when they would laugh. So, basically thin walls and floors and creaky ceilings. Also very little counter space in the room and the bathroom. The fridge was too small.

Every time I stay here I'm never let down the staff treats me like a million dollars that's the places you want to stay folks not the one like they're doing you a favor by letting you stay there I'm sick of all these wannabes realizing all they are are poor people things like that so show some respect to your clients because my room wasn't ready they told me I had to wait till 8:00 at night for my room and that's completely crazy I ended up having to drive home I got a pneumonia I'm getting over it right now Scott's Valley Hilton is the worst I check in after 4:00 p.m. the guy has the gall to tell me why he's checking in other people he has no room for me when I reserve the room 3 days earlier top quality I'm so disappointed these days I served my country I was a firefighter and now I'm an ordained minister that is getting tired of these little yuppies with no respect

The rooms were clean . The beds were very comfy. The pool was great. Nice options for breakfast.Gym was nice had nice selection of work out equipment.First time staying with suites by Marriott and will not be the last

The only thing that was a very small complaint was the ice machine on our floor was out of order,but we had 2 other machines to use.

Appreciated the close proximity to the airport and free hotel parking in their large lot. Also utilized their complimentary airport shuttle with no problems. The surrounding food & coffee shops were nice to have so close by to walk to. Being on the rail line was good for convenience too. The king room with balcony had a nice view of the pretty pool area. It was a large room with good A/C and bath facilities. Enjoyed watching the giant TV. Was also great to have the fridge & microwave.

If you're planning to have a day at the pool, like I did, you're limited to gas station snacks if you don't want to venture far to get things. I also had to use Door Dash to drop off my booze because there isn't a place selling any nearby.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the hotel, anticipating that we might have to accept a little noise. It was very quiet, even though close to the airport and the freeway interchange. The security fencing all around the building was tastefully artistic too. Also nice to get a hot bacon and eggs buffet before we started the day.

We had to book a last-minute stay here but the staff really helped us out so we didn't have to stress out. They let us check in early and beds were quite comfortable and clean. They helped to set us up with a shuttle to the airport for us in the morning and check out was easy as well.

You can hear the room above us stomping around but it didn't really bother us.

I didnt like that we registered for a room with a couch a little more spacious and they didnt have that available when we arrived. So we paid the price for the larger room but got the smaller one.

Gluten free food at breakfast. Pool was clean and not busy (has it to ourselves most of time). Very convenient for airport. Some takeaways and cafes very close to hotel. Had a gym

Ran out of shower gel. Would have been nice if it had a bar on site. Would have been nice to have more non-cardio equipment in gym.

Pool and spa. Bed was great. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Convenient and good choice of restaurants in same parking lot. Good location. Good door security. Shampoo and conditioner was decent. TV was very large and worked well. Controller seemed clean. It really was a very nice place to stay!

Maid service was mostly just a change of towels and sheets. In general room was clean, it just felt like carpets needed cleaning.

The room was very clean and much larger than I expected. I loved the patio off of the room which overlooked the courtyard and pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations for the price.

I wish there was a vent fan in the bathroom.
