Room was spacious. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast is ok. Staff was frendly. Microwave in the room. On site laundry machine.

AC unit blows directly to bed. Not many food options around the area. Booked for 9 days. When checked in, my credit card was charged only for 7 days (I thought it was already charged for the whole stay; they said it was the regulation or something). At day 8, room keys were non functional and I was not allowed to enter the room until I settled the balance of the stay. I would appreciate if allowed to enter the room and settle the charge later. They should already have the credit card info already. I wish parking could be free.

The breakfast was well stocked but only available during the week. I like the variety of food options which is helpful for folks who are watching their health. The room was comfortable and roomy for three adults. The amenities were excellent to have available for use!

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The towels were stained (we didn't ask for replacements since it was a hand towel and bath mat that we could flip over) and the light switch was marked with dirty fingerprints. The last time we stayed here, we had the same issue with the bathroom and I left this same comment. I'm hoping that this will be fixed because I really do like everything else about this hotel.

Everything was great and I really appreciate the excellent service provided by staff.

However, in general, I did not get why hotel charges a parking fee separately from total payment, and it appeared as extra over the price shown on website. Also, I have chosen a quite room option while booking and I have been placed in a room over a swimming pool and we were hearing all the voices coming from there.

Great location if you are flying out from SJC (otherwise its not the best part of the town). Beds and pillows were really comfortable, we were lucky because we had no neighbours so it was quiet. They have a convinient shuttle to the aiport (we left with the 6:15am and our driver was really nice). Front desk people are also nice. Easy check in check out process. They stored our bags from 11am-ish which was nice not to carry them with us. Much much better than the other similar Holiday Inn sister Airport hotel a few blocks down the road where we stayed 3 weeks ago.

It wasnt the cleanest. I could see on the drawer next to the bed a bunch of coffee mug residue that I was able to wipe off easily with a napkin. Also this place this supposed to be an airport hotel, but they start the breakfast at 7am which is fairly late considering why people stay at an airport hotel.

Did not appreciate that on check out day keys are disabled before check out. we went to breakfast only to find out that we could not get back into our room to grab out belongings to check out. I have not experienced this anywhere else, however the staff tried to explain it away as policy. This has never happened anywhere else we have stayed and is inconvenient and WRONG since check out is at 11am. Patrons should need.to ask for access just because they go to breakfast before departure.

Peaceful hotel, with not a lot of traveling crowds.very cozy bed and large spa like bathroom.

Shower had very little water pressure and never got hot. The in room Air Conditioner was very loud,sounded like a car engine. There was also tape on walls around room where someone had covered smoke detection devices. In a business area,not many options for food within safe walking distance.

This property was very close to the airport & check-in was quick & easy. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. We liked the little features like ample counter space in the bathroom & a Keurig in the room.

The free hotel shuttle ends at 9:45pm and our flight arrived at 10pm forcing us to get an Uber. The shuttle was a big reason for choosing this property. Wish we knew about the shuttle hours ahead of time.

We were promptly checked in and given our room keys. The hotel was clean and smelled good there was laughter from the morning eating area as a group discussed plans for the day. I felt welcomed and at home. Did I mention the breakfast! Fantastic options a great way to start the day. If I was traveling for work this is where I would stay.

$10 parking fee could have been stated prior to arrival but I appreciate having the guard in the parking lot all night.

I was in San Jose to attend a conference. The location of this hotel can't be any better. It is close to the airport and downtown as well. The public transport is just 1 minute of walking from the hotel. The complementary breakfast is really good. There were also a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room.

I asked them a question on booking.com but unfortunately did not get any answer. Although on-site employees were really helpful. But they should also put some attention online. No liquid handwash was provided. Although they provided solid soap, I prefer the liquid one.
