I stayed at this hotel near the airport and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect for travelers, especially if you have an early flight or arrive late. The staff service was brilliant. A kind young male staff member went out of his way to help me when I couldn't figure out how to use the air-conditioner. Not only did he patiently assist me, but he also brought me a blanket just in case—such thoughtful service really made a difference. The room itself was spacious, clean, and cosy—perfect for a restful stay. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommended for both the convenience and the warm, attentive hospitality. I love the big soft comfy beds, I love that the TV didn't have any interruptions and got some pretty decent channels, I just love the whole room. My mother loves coffee, and she loved the coffee and coffee maker, and we honestly won't stay at any hotel that doesn't have at least a fridge and a microwave, so I'm glad they did have one of each. I also love the breakfast. My mother is handicap, and has to use a walker so I liked that I was able to grab a plate for her and she liked it too. Also really appreciated how welcoming & considerate all the staff was. The hotels located in sort of in a central area and I felt really comfortable with the other guests, which was mostly families, with some business-y guests as well..

I guess the only things I didn't love was that there wasn't a plug for the bathtub, we ended up having to use a washcloth. Also we wanted ice cream but there wasn't a freezer, so we had to eat the ice cream really quickly (tragic, I know). Most hotels (if they even have a freezer) have very tiny freezers anyway, so it isn't really a big deal. Oh and the only other thing that wasn't great, was how many people were at the breakfast buffet, but I guess that just means it was really good spread.

Room was spacious. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast is ok. Staff was frendly. Microwave in the room. On site laundry machine.

AC unit blows directly to bed. Not many food options around the area. Booked for 9 days. When checked in, my credit card was charged only for 7 days (I thought it was already charged for the whole stay; they said it was the regulation or something). At day 8, room keys were non functional and I was not allowed to enter the room until I settled the balance of the stay. I would appreciate if allowed to enter the room and settle the charge later. They should already have the credit card info already. I wish parking could be free.

I loved the location of the property. We were very close to a lot of attractions and places we already planned to go. The Free Breakfast made our trip much easier. The omelets were great, and I appreciated the turkey sausage option.. The front desk had excellent customer service and made check-in quick and easy.

My mini fridge was broken. I didn't request a new one. The ice machine on my floor didn't work, but i just went to another floor. The rooms and hallway carry a tiny odor. Not smoke, just strange. Would benefit from some nice air freshener.

The breakfast was well stocked but only available during the week. I like the variety of food options which is helpful for folks who are watching their health. The room was comfortable and roomy for three adults. The amenities were excellent to have available for use!

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The towels were stained (we didn't ask for replacements since it was a hand towel and bath mat that we could flip over) and the light switch was marked with dirty fingerprints. The last time we stayed here, we had the same issue with the bathroom and I left this same comment. I'm hoping that this will be fixed because I really do like everything else about this hotel.

Everything was great and I really appreciate the excellent service provided by staff.

However, in general, I did not get why hotel charges a parking fee separately from total payment, and it appeared as extra over the price shown on website. Also, I have chosen a quite room option while booking and I have been placed in a room over a swimming pool and we were hearing all the voices coming from there.

Great location if you are flying out from SJC (otherwise its not the best part of the town). Beds and pillows were really comfortable, we were lucky because we had no neighbours so it was quiet. They have a convinient shuttle to the aiport (we left with the 6:15am and our driver was really nice). Front desk people are also nice. Easy check in check out process. They stored our bags from 11am-ish which was nice not to carry them with us. Much much better than the other similar Holiday Inn sister Airport hotel a few blocks down the road where we stayed 3 weeks ago.

It wasnt the cleanest. I could see on the drawer next to the bed a bunch of coffee mug residue that I was able to wipe off easily with a napkin. Also this place this supposed to be an airport hotel, but they start the breakfast at 7am which is fairly late considering why people stay at an airport hotel.

This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn Express location. No complaints. Clean room/bathroom, comfortable beds, large fridge, microwave, all were great. We had an iron that leaked when heated up and the staff replaced it with a brand new unit the same day. The breakfast selections are quite varied, and are better than competitors that include breakfast.

Road construction in the area eliminates one of the easy access points to this facility.

Did not appreciate that on check out day keys are disabled before check out. we went to breakfast only to find out that we could not get back into our room to grab out belongings to check out. I have not experienced this anywhere else, however the staff tried to explain it away as policy. This has never happened anywhere else we have stayed and is inconvenient and WRONG since check out is at 11am. Patrons should need.to ask for access just because they go to breakfast before departure.
