Right next to the railroad station.

There’s not much around,within walking distance except for offices and houses. It’s in Silicon Valley though. I did find a 7-11 store about a 10 minute walk away in amongst houses. The hotel had a small variety of snacks,drinks and microwave meals available. The room had a fridge freezer and microwave in it. It’s next to the railroad,though train stop around midnight. As I drive trains for a living and live next to a railway back in the UK,the noise didn’t bother me personally.

The room was cozy and quiet, and the location was perfect. I pretty much just wanted a place to myself to relax for a few days, and it met my expectations. The bed was really comfortable, and I have no complaints about the service.

The only issue I had was with the temperature control system. The thermostat says on the case to use the wall controls to adjust temperature, but I didn’t realize until later that you had to use the thermostat itself to turn it off. It was a cool night, and the air conditioner was still on. I probably should have asked for help. Everything else was fine, though - I’m glad this was my only issue.

We like the fact that we have a kitchen and the hotel is mostly clean. The staff are great.

There was a used bar of soap left in the shower. The shelf in the closet fell off the wall. My husband fixed that. We've noticed from previous stays that there are small repairs that need to be addressed. We also could not get the heat to adjust to a lower temperature. It was too warm in the room. All these issues are easily fixed

Location was great - right next to the airport, and had a parking lot that was free to park at. The room came with a kitchenette, which had a full-sized fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen tools. Desk was very large and spacious.

I didn't like that they only clean the room once every 7 days. Would have been nice to get clean towels and sheets more often. Also the shower's water pressure was terrible. It was like a drizzle, and takes forever to shower.

Room distribution was on point, and facilities were close to my workplace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally, it is close to every such like train station, airport and downtown.

The only is the parking fee if you own a car. Please make sure to have that on consideration when booking.

Overall easy check in and check out. Room was a legit suite in that there was a chair to relax in and a desk to work. Bed was comfy and shower with very good pressure. Adequate parking and stores nearby for food and restaurants.

4 pm check in seems outdated. 3pm would be better for almost everyone and closer to industry standard.

the property was very clean and bed was comfortable, I only stayed 2 nights but I slept good throughout the night. When checking in the front desk asked if I wanted to be on the side where you can’t hear the train pass by which was a good thing.

the only issue I had with the room was the shower pressure was low, it still worked ok but the pressure could be better.

This was our second stay at the Sonesta. It was clean and comfortable. I especially like having the kitchenette so I can cook if I want. The staff was awesome and responsive to all our needs.

Barbecue area felt like home, I had my loyal companion wizz who always is taking care of my needs ( he is a service dog) he also liked the property, room was large enough for the both of us so all in all great stay
