We were looking for a reasonably-priced hotel in the Campbell area, which would be quiet, with comfy beds. This hotel delivered; could be due to low season/occupancy but still, we slept great. The room was spacious, clean, and an extra sofa to sit on was appreciated. It's near a freeway but we didn't hear it. There is a nice little gym with weights, elliptical, and treadmills. The included breakfast was a positive departure from the usual continental buffet.

Extra parking fee -- wish it was listed/disclosed prior. No tub, shower only. Carpeting throughout.

The beds were comfortable and the tempered in the room was adjustable. The staff was pleasant and the location was accessible.

I asked about the spa, but there was none available. There was an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, but the weather didn't permit. I expected breakfast to be continental when paying for the breakfast add-on, but it was a selection from the bistro. However, options were sufficient. It would have been nice for the fridge to be stocked, if even with items that we would be charged for.

Location was great, we did not get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it was great!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. All together a great experience.

Only thing I did not like was that the Starbucks cafe was not open when we checked out. We were both looking forward to a coffee beverage but unfortunately, they were closed.

My parents came for visit from the philippines and we went to see san francisco and visit some relatives from san jose..and im so happy to say that staying in marriot makes their stay memorable and safe..price facility people from janitor to the starbucks barista it was exceptional beyond compare.definitely go back.

Front desk should explain better using language that is easier to understand esp for the people that english is not their first language.

Great location and staff. The property and rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable.

There was a security man in the parking garage, but because he was in his regular car with no uniform or identification that he was security, it was creepy for two women to see this guy hanging out in the parking garage taking pictures and talking on the phone. We found out he was security when we reported him to the front desk. People need to know who security is because this guy didn’t look like it at all.

Decor, cleanliness, comfort, location

Hospitality felt a little off. Husband said coffee in room was terrible. (He is normally fine with the coffee everywhere). He ended up buying coffee at the bistro, but that does not feel friendly. I missed being able to make myself a cup of tea. And no, it does not work to use the coffeemaker, because coffee flavored tea is horrible and there was no way to get around using the coffee carafe. I was able to get water at the bistro when they were open, but it feels more hospitable to get it myself. Bistro staff were efficient but not attentive.

Clean straightforward business hotel. comfortable couch, fridge and bed. Wi-Fi worked and front desk check in and out was efficient. Parking across the street was included. Walking distance to a great town center full of restaurants, grocery. Right next to freeway exit and also quiet and not crowded.

Hard to see hotel if arriving by car, easy to drive past without seeing the signage. Front desk person not always there, though they were helpful and capable. Some areas of room not well lit

We stayed practically 3 weeks, with only a weekend off. Got Breakfast coupons which we could exchange for breakfast meals and drinks (either Starbuck coffee, bottled juice or water). On site laundry facility was very useful. All the staff at the front desk and breakfast facility was very courteous and friendly and took great care of us.

Staff at the phone receptionist could be a little bit friendlier when receiving the call but, still acceptable.

the building security

The fact that they have a starbucks in the lobby and by the time I got downstairs during my checkout, it was already closed. I ended up getting on the freeway with no coffee. The hours were limited, and there were several people wanting coffee. Also there was no microwave in the room, and bar of open soap in the dish in the bathroom That looked like it may have been previously wet. It was stuck to the soap tray.

The room was very clean and my wife specifically commented on how much she liked the bed. The room window view was attractive, and the property was very convenient to our destination activities. Parking was safe and secure. Staff was friendly - I would not hesitate to recommend and if the need should arise will stay here again.

I have no negative comments.
