LOVED the HUGE jetted tub and the ceiling fan in the room with the curved celiling and blue accent lighting! Also, loved the super comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was nice. Room was clean.Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage patties, links, a variety of breads, cold cereal, hot cereal, juices, coffee, fresh fruit, granola bars, yogurt. About 5 minute drive to the theaters. Keurig in the room with fridge and microwave. Loved that their were 2 bottles of water in the room and hot cocoa and tea k cups along witch some Biscoff biscuits.

Wish I could stay longer.

Lovely staff, nice property in a decent location. When there wasn't a true staff member there there was someone virtual available. For the location it was quiet.

Rooms could continue to get some upgrades. I think the most worrisome thing I encountered were that the exterior doors into the hotel didn't lock (even though there was a sign that said they locked after a certain hour) so anyone could come in off the street and ride the elevator up to the top floor with no staff member knowing they were there or just simply walk up the stairs. That felt a bit unsafe. Its walkable to Santana Row which was helpful.

Excellent facility. I loved the room design - gives a business feel and efficient, yet also welcoming and comfortable. Suits a solo traveler well. The staff here are exceptionally welcoming. They went above and beyond in solving one of the troublesome problems that arose during my stay.

I stayed in a room facing the main street. I would say the windows are quite well sound proof during the day, but unfortunately not enough to prevent a light sleeper from waking up in the middle of the night by the loud motor noise that come from vehicles on the street.

Lovely stay, The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access by the bus that stopped outside the hotel. The staff were friendly. Very nice breakfast with a lot of options. I would stay here again

Access after hours. A group of us ( for different reasons) arrived late at night and access was very difficult and involved many calls

Tidy enough. Fairly close to where we needed to be and the airport. Loved the blue light in the room.

Zero soundproofing. We could tell what songs the really loud cars were playing at the traffic lights outside our bedroom window. The shower was really, really low water pressure. They've also sent me a bill for 1.99. I don't know what this is for since we left the hotel at 6:30am and did not pass through the lobby at all. I can only assume that someone else has charged something to our room, and there seems to be nothing I can do about it.

Location was great. Jetted tub was great. Staff was helpful and courteous when we asked questions. Internet service worked well, once we were connected.

Ethernet jack in the room would be useful, it's a lot easier than Wi-Fi. Pillows weren't my favorite. The main bedspread/blanket/comforter was one thick covering. It was very hot in San Jose that weekend, and so we were either hot (outside) or chilled (air conditioning). With only one thick covering, it was challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature in bed. We ended up turning the A/C way, way down, and sleeping with the full covering. But that't not terribly efficient...

The staff were fantastic. We were allowed to check-in before noon and allowed to stay until 2:00 pm after airline delays due to the Crowdstrike global software outage. We had the unique experience of check-in via a web-video kiosk. All other staff were friendly including maids and breakfast service. Our room was huge, clean, quiet, comfortable, and included all amenities including large screen tv, microwave, Keurig coffee, hair dryer, etc. The hotel is also walking distance from Santana Row, an upscale shopping and dining plaza, though you do need to cross a few busy streets to get there.

While the breakfast buffet had many fresh and carry-out options we had to wait ~10 minutes for the cooked options of omelets and sausage. The hotel itself felt very safe but I would not feel comfortable walking outside after dark in this neighborhood.

The location of the hotel is great. It's right near Santana Row, which is a great place to walk around if you have spare time. There is also a giant mall walking distance where you can walk around and grab a bite to eat. We had no real issues during our stay related to location / proximity to things.

No one was available at check in - had to wait quite some time for a person to pop up via video call, but there was never a live human there that we could speak with.

Check in was fast and easy. Very pleasant staff accommodated my request for a room close to front desk due to my leg injury. Room was big and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly good with some hot items along with the usual continental items.

Since my room was close to front desk and breakfast room there was some noise associated. Not too disturbing though.

Ideal location which a short distance - 4 minutes by car, and 15 minutes by foot to Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair. Free parking underneath the building with plenty of parking spots. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff at the front desk is courteous. Smooth check in and out

We stayed there for two nights but no housekeeping at all.
