Joseph at the Front desk was above and beyond helpful. He has excellent communication skills, as well as being friendly and efficient. Also, I LOVE that breakfast was included!

I didn’t care for the set of the dining room/bar area in the evening. It was too tucked away and isolated from the lobby. No visual sight lines. I checked it out and decided I would not be comfortable as a woman dining alone in the space. It was fine for breakfast.

Location was excellent. We are from out of town and visit Campbell often. The property is in our favorite area and in walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and recreation. Room was spacious and pull out bed was a great added bonus. Plus, early check in was available! Katy, Sean, Nicolas thank you.

The pool area was a bit untidy. Trash on the ground. Wet dirty towels on lounge chairs just left behind. The pull out bed had a dirty sheet on it(one call to the front desk took care of it).

The location is convenient if you are on a business trip and need to stay in Campbell area of San Jose. The hotel is next to several shops and bars/restaurants which is a bonus. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Car park is in front of the hotel, it can be busy though.

The breakfast was a bit of disappointment. A very small choice of food in buffet but everything I tried was tasty. It's expensive compare to breakfasts served in Europe but I guess it's expected.

The breakfast it self wad very good. A lot to choose by, even for me with allergies. . Nice surroundings.

If you payed for breakfast included. Check whwn you check in, that they have the same i their booking. Didn`t work for us, but after some discussion we didn`t need to pay.

We stayed one night, in town to visit friends. The location was perfect. The room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. We included it in the price of the room, saving us some money.

There was a shortage of parking and we had to park across the street in the shopping center parking lot.

Beds were super comfortable, room spacious, great location for my stay, next to Prunyard shopping mall with great food and shopping options. Staff helpful. Nice pool and gym. Avoid the morning hours for the gym - it gets really crowded.

Better grab breakfast somewhere else, it's not worth the money - especially for longer stays. Room was not well hoovered.

The location of this hotel was excellent -- walking distance to great shops, restaurants and even a Trader Joes! The hotel room was large and the bathroom was clean and updated. We used the pool and hot tub, and both were great.

Just the beds -- the pillows were thin and the mattresses were extra firm and not comfortable. But the large room and clean bathroom made up for it.

The front desk gentleman was so welcoming and accommodating! The facilities were very clean and comfortable. I was so happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location

Thought that cord management in the room was poor. Electric cables hanging below tv made room maintenance look poor. No complementary breakfast.

Front desk support very good. Food at breakfast was good.

It was not clear about breakfast. I thought something was no charge, but was not sure. We at the breakfast. The person supporting the breakfast meal was very sweet and helpful.
