Hilton Santa Clara is a great hotel to stay at while visiting Great America and/or Levi Stadium. We were warmly greeted by Dorthy at the front desk, who was very helpful and upgraded our room to have a view. There was plenty of parking and it was an easy walk to and from Great America. We enjoyed having dinner in the restaurant bar. The Hilton burgers were excellent and there were quite a few good beers on tap. My kiddo loved the grilled cheese & French fries with a Shirley Temple. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub that was open late. The room was comfortable and clean, with cushions below the elevated window. Currently, the hotel is going through a major remodel. The construction work did not impact our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and were very impressed with the service. We will definitely return to the Hilton next time we are in Santa Clara.

We love the friendly staff and the extremely convenient location to Great America. The pool and spa are nice after a long day and the gym is small but perfect to get in that easy workout. We also love the dinner menu - so good! Room was perfect usually nice queen size beds and view of the Stadium was a plus.

Our room smelled like cigarettes this time. With the ongoing renovations it was dirty and kind of noisy but not too bad. The beds are also in need of being replaced. Saggy and not firm. It was muggy inside the room so we had to run the AC to help with that.

The rooms and the hotel looked and smelled clean. The staff was very friendly and so helpful, corrected an issue before I had to sleep in the room again.

I don't like the added charge for parking. My refrigerator was humming at such a high pitch it kept me up the first night and made me nauseous all the next day, any time I was in the room. The water smelled like sulfur water. The ringing fridge was corrected but I shouldn't have to ask for these things at the rate being paid per night.

we stayed here is MAY - NON football season. Perfect place to stay to go to California Great America depending on the time of year. You can walk across the parking lot to get to the park entrance. I imagine during football season it is PURE CHAOS here because of the parking situation but if you are there for the game this is the perfect place to stay, the hotel is RIGHT beside the stadium and the amusement park which would be super convenient. The general area was a very safe place to stay as well. Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice

Booked room with breakfast included. Breakfast was buffet and was very good! Lots of selections to choose from. Water fill station in exercise facility was a bonus. Used the jacuzzi every night. Great view of the Levi Stadium and Great America. Both within walking distance. Most unexpected but fun thing to happen is when we needed fresh towels in the morning because we chose not to have our room cleaned, to our surprise...a robot brought the towels to our room! So fun.

The written description about the room, I booked a double room with double beds and I thought it’s double room so I booked. Check in and went to the room and realize it’s only 1 room with two double bed only, I call front desk and she stated, it’s not double room and what online description mean is 1 room with double beds. Very disappointed because I booked the room thinking it’s double room. Now we have to struggle in 1 room with my children.

I liked how super close it is to Levi's stadium as well as great adventure California. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful! On game day for the 49ers game, I like how they maneuver and conduct that day. No hassles at all and great security!

Power went out in the hotel but it sounded like it wasn't their fault, it was the city itself or in the area. Took a very long time to get power back on. Not sure if the hotel has back up generators or not.

The bedrooms need more mirrors. It was just two girls in my room and trying to get ready with not floor length mirror or even just another mirror besides the bathroom was very difficult.

From the moment we got there to the moment we checked out, everything was top notch. Amazing front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff, even the chef said hello! Front desk made sure to get me my folio in a timely manner and any request was attended to. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We visit Santa Clara often, we will not stay here every time.

I was very very impressed with this hotel. I said it’s a Concord last year, and while the guest services was wonderful, facilities were subpar and the rooms were not that nice. This was a truly nice place to say very clean, great amenities, and a wonderful staff that was very helpful. Walking distance of Great America which was exactly what we wanted.

This is no fault of the Santa Clara Hilton, but the location of much of what’s in Santa Clara is pretty barren. Having grown up in the Bay Area before the dot coms it’s kind of sad to see the way the area has been developed with a combination of overdevelopment and under development. It’s going to be sad when great America is eventually razed. Hopefully somebody intervenes and buys the park because it’s truly a wonderful place. Getting to the coast is a bit tricky especially if it’s one of the many busy weekends with crowds which tends to be every weekend these days do you want to leave as early as possible to get to Aptos or Monterey.
