I was pleased the parking was only 22 bucks! We went to the Morgan Wallen concert and enjoyed that the lobby was themed and the bar had snacks/ drinks before and after the show! It was amazing to be able to purchase late night snacks as well after the show! Great idea!!!

The breakfast was ok! I was hoping for better pastries, fruit etc. it would’ve been perfect if I had my kids with me. There wasn’t a lot to pick from when we made it downstairs.

The property was very clean ad well ran! The attendants were beyond kind and helpful!

While I was allowed to bring our dog as it is a pet friendly facility, the outside accommodations were lacking. Around the entire facility is wood chips, no grassy areas unless I walked down the street to another building. We made do, but something to think about. The only other suggestion is having a freezer in the fridge units and a microwave in the rooms.

Wish the room had more end tables. Only those sleeping next to the middle desk have a place for their things like phone or water. I also would have preferred a desk chair with rollers.

Breakfast was very yummy. Bacon a little thin but tasty. Melon was ripe and delicious. Pastries very good and the sour dough bread as you would expect for being near San Francisco. The place was clean and quiet.

Disappointed they didn't have the bar open on Saturday night and we had to go out for dinner. The last time we were there the 49ers had their play off game and all the services were available.

I had the corner room with the wrap around windows. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable. I absolutely loved the shower and vanity! Bed was very comfortable. The bar downstairs had good drinks and food (and even specialty drinks for the beyonce concert)

The one thing that was odd was that the toilet was not separate from the rest of the room. Which staying solo is fine. However, not having the privacy for... ya know that #2 would be odd with other guests in the room.

The hotel is modern with a spacious lobby area which is also used for breakfast. The staff were always eager to to meet our needs and went out of their way to assist us.

The room layout is a little unusual with no separate bathroom just an area off the bedroom studio-style. The room we had was not really conducive to relaxing in the evening.

The bathroom in the rooms are our only dislike. It didn't have a fan and the doors had opening on the top which didn't provide and privacy ; however they did have bathrooms in the lobby that did .

5-star facility. Elegant, modern and comfortable.

Service could be improved. Breakfast lady was very aggressive. We purchased room rates with breakfast included but it only included one person and it's $25 per additional person and she was barking at everyone. Staff service was not aligned with hotel quality.

What I like about the property, is the cleanliness and the space all the rooms have, I liked how fast and attentive the employees are and how everything down, to makeup wipes are provided for you! Every time I go to San Jose to visit family, this the hotel I always stay at!

I don’t think there was nothing I didn’t like about the property this is the only hotel I like to stay at when I am out visiting family! 😁

No valet parking like GRADUATE HOTELS for Disabled like me No SANDELWOOD aroma when entering lobby like Graduate Hotel which makes you feel your in expensive hotel ! Need more staff for the breakfast area waited for 10 mins for espresso cafe and gave up also no standard coffee the units were empty. Poor gal working this area was so sweet so over worked but this is a problem every where .
